INCREDIBLE service. I travel a lot for work and I have never felt safer, supported and clean in a hotel room. Front staff where so kind, helping my team find a parking spot for our trailer. Offering complimentary food and a great smile and attitude. A sus man came into the parking lot late at night but one of the front staff helped my coworker walk to the car and called the sheriff. Great food next door and cute little view of the river. honestly just a generally wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend

Great hotel! Can highly recommend. Friendly staff, clean, good location. Breakfast was your standard Choice Hotels offering. Smaller room but perfect to crash for the night and for the price I paid, no complaints at all.

People at the desk were super friendly and helpful! Complimentary cookies, coffee, tea, and popcorn - and homemade potato soup served at the front desk. Such hospitality! Room was clean and pleasant. Restaurant/gift shop in same parking lot but not open Mon and Tue, when we were there. Highly recommend this place.

Was a very nice hotel. Unfortunately my daughter was in manic during our visit. She stayed up the whole night. Everyone there was very understanding, and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again

We were in town for a job interview and stayed here one night. The hotel is clean and inviting, the staff was so super friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice amenities (all day coffee, cookies, freshly popped pop corn), easy to get downtown and right off the highway but still QUIET.
Nice varied spread for breakfast 6-10am.
I will plan to stay here again when we need to be in the area.

Second time staying here in 10 days. This is the nicest hotel for the money I've ever stayed in!! The staff are affable, always greet you, very helpful, and they have free cookies after 3pm. The room are clean an well maintained. A nice little restaurant next door, a very quiet location, solid Internet, amenities, just a great experience. Thanks to the staff for being so pleasant, making us feel at home.

What a great place to stay! My kids and I got in pretty late (long drive) and we’re greeted by a friendly, smiling face at the front desk. She was VERY kind and so nice to my boys (bonus points!). She even gave us cookies and popcorn. Our room was so clean and cozy… we loved it. In the morning, the hot breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel. And…we were glad to see the person that greeted us late at night still there in the morning… she was still smiling and kind despite working overtime over night and into the morning. The rest of the staff was so nice too! If we drive through again, we’ll definitely stay here :)

It's hard to beat the value you get for the price. I've stayed here twice and the room was always clean when I arrived. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's also a quiet hotel, especially at night. I plan to stay here in any future trips to Charleston.

I actually stayed in the Marriott down the street from here but stopped by after we checked out to meet with my parents. I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was but it was and the service was great. Sarah was the one working the front desk at the time and she did and amazing job. Super thorough, was able to answer all of our questions and give us ideas on things to do. Thanks again Sarah and thanks to sleep inn for finding genuine employees that took great care of my parents!

We've been stopping here yearly since 2017. This hotel is the highlight of our return trip from NC vacation. Staff is always very friendly. Very quiet and scenic location highway. The rooms are always very clean.

Nothing fancy, just clean rooms, comfortable beds and hot showers. Just off the highway, but the place is quiet. The stay includes a hot breakfast with fresh fruit and protein options. Complementary daytime snacks: fresh popcorn and cookies. A great value.

Friendly staff and clean rooms! We have never had the best luck with Sleep Inns but this is probably the best we’ve ever stayed at. The young lady that greeted us was very sweet and there were free cookies and popcorn in the lobby available for guests. The rooms were clean, and we had a decent view of the river from our window. Continental breakfast was available and had the usual offerings. Close to the highway and not far from the center of the city. Can honestly say we have no complaints and would stay again.

This was the most kind and welcoming experience. Not only did they accommodate every thing we asked for they found and sent my wedding ring back to my home in another state free of charge. Excellent employees and treats too along with THE BEST BREAKFAST. THANK YOU!

Had an issue with my trailer and unfortunately had to stay in a hotel. But staying at this hotel has been a very good dream. The front desk Aliyah is a very helpful and a huge supporter of Vets. Thank you Sleep Inn for hiring people like her.

Stayed here for one night. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, shower was clean and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

Outstanding place, great rooms, excellent staff, everyone go out off your way to please you while you are staying there.
Will stay here again.
