Thank you so much for allowing truck parking so that we can shop. 👏👏👏
The store was clean and well stocked. Even with all the holiday shopping happening and the store being very busy, the staff was out stocking shelves and keeping everything tidy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Clean lot, well lit, plenty of trash receptacles, and cart corrals.

Smaller than most Wal-Marts, however, had a better selection than most. I stopped late, around 10:30 pm, and couldn't believe how busy they were, but they seemed to get everyone through checkout quickly, avoiding lines. Employees didn't seem annoyed or give me the stink eye because I was there late, which was a refreshing change. I have never rated any Wal-Mart over 3 stars, as most fall in the 2-3-star range, and despite its odd location, I think this one deserves 5.

Kids had a blast. The store was well stocked however there was few checkout or self checkout lanes open. Also their prices have went up I never thought I’d see the day wen Krogers was cheaper then Walmart even on auquafina.

Wife was there. I had leg surgery so I stayed out in the car but the parking lot was packed full as you could well imagine. Didn’t take pictures; we all know what a packed X-MAs parking lot looks like.

Great shopping experience. Was able to get everything I needed in a timely manner.

Clean, organized, friendly people. This is one of the best Walmarts.

shelves was full store clean some decent deals on just about everything.
as previously stated this Walmart has not had empty shelves. the store appeared to be very well stocked I was able to get in & out relatively fast the employees were very helpful and wanted to help me find product the store was very clean & shelves was well organized. the people at the self check out was very nice and ready to help overall I had a very good experience.

While it’s one of the smaller Walmart I’ve been in they still have a good selection

Truck driver: thankful that this wal mart allowed overnight parking. There are hardly any truck stops in this area. The view of the beautiful mountains in this valley are something to see!

I love this store in Charleston WV. The Belle location is managed a million times more efficiently than the store off of Mountaineer Blvd. I would much rather drive the longer distance to shop at this outstanding location. The employees are kind, helpful, etc. Everything you would expect from a retail/customer service angle. The management at the Mountaineer Blvd location should be required to take a class under the management at the Belle location. Night and day!!

Generally this place has pretty much whatever you need, depending on the season, (or if it's out of stock). If they don't have what you're looking for, you can always check back within a week, and they will generally have it, or you can always order online and it will be shipped to your local Walmart. The staff is pretty friendly, and helpful when they can be. This Walmart also has a gas station/ convince store for those quick stops. Overall it is a pretty good Walmart to shop at.

Excellent service for grocery pick-up. Employee was fast, efficient, careful with my groceries and extremely polite.
Designated parking was easy to get in and out. I checked in with the app and my groceries were in the car within 5 minutes. There was one substitution and it was a trade up, definitely to my benefit.

Don’t go here often anymore because they close before I can get there after work.
Recent visit was pretty good until checkout. I went in for normal stuff and randomly decided to get a switch. Which requires them to take it up front. I get up front and it’s not there anymore. So I had to wait 5 minutes after I was done checking out to actually finish checking out.
