We went in looking for a new bed and mattress for my mom. Our salesman, Adrian, was great. He really listened when we told him what we were looking for and helped find the mattress my mom needed. I had no intention of buying a bed for myself, even though I desperately needed one. But they were having their Memorial Day sale and the prices were too good to pass up, so I upgraded to a king-size mattress and adjustable base. Thanks for the great buying experience, Adrian!! I will be back for the power recliner soon!

My wife's long time perch (rocker recliner) is on it's last leg. We drove up to Ashley's in Fort Worth and were greeted by Dayna Chapman. In a nutshell, a very pleasant experience as she showed us what was available and didn't mind our various inquiries. She actually made me feel comfortable spending our children's inheritance. Very professional individual.

Jake greeted us when we walked in the store, and he couldn't have been nicer. We told him we were looking for a new couch, and what style we wanted. He was so helpful in answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed or forced to buy anything.
We found the perfect couch, pillows and an ottoman at great prices.

Luis was a great, very nice young man. We enjoyed his company when we finished the decisions. He left us alone to look except for a couple quick check ins. We sure like it that way. Donna also helped with the mattress deal and she did very well also. Our experience was nice and thought all the staff did a great job.

Daniel A was great. He helped me a month ago and was very low pressure but so helpful. I went back today just because of him!! Prices are good for good quality but he made it so easy. He took a lot of time to help me, look at pictures, make suggestions and ultimately get three bedrooms furnished!! My dad sold furniture for 37 years and I know he would approve of my experience today.

Jake, our salesman, was fantastic in every way. He showed us exactly what we wanted to see and assisted us with all of our questions. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He was not pushy at all and explained all of our options thoroughly. Ashley furniture has great selection too.

There are always several friendly faces waiting at the front to welcome you in and let you know they are there when you need them but they give you space to comfortably shop the store. The lady manager there at the time of my visit was super friendly and helpful. The new guy s approach was just right a real gentleman salesman. He was informative and patient throughout our shopping journey. I've been purchasing from this location 10 years and can confidently say the service is consistently pleasant, product variety and quality only continue to improve.

After visiting several furniture stores, my husband and I decided to try Ashley before calling it quits. Good thing we did because Austin really made our experience a great one! He listened to our needs and made a great recommendation which lead to us finally picking a couch that checked all of our boxes. Great service and communication!

Ashley’s has been our go-to for the last several furniture purchases, they seem to have the best options in terms of product. The staff is always helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Like everything else with the current regime, furniture prices are up too. Even at that, I was especially surprised at how much they’ve increased delivery and warranty prices.

After a long search for a new set of couches, we finally found what would work best for us with the help of Daniel A.
He truly helped the experience go much smoother and truly was patient with us. Daniel helped us throughout the whole process and even helped by moving around sectionals and tables to see what best fit our living area. To top it off we even found a bedroom set for our son. The best news is they had everything in stock and we would not need to wait months before getting our new furniture like at some other stores. Thanks Daniel and Ashley’s! Y’all did not disappoint!

Arrived and was met by Daniel, excellent character and patient. Was able to help us find, choose and ultimately purchase our investment. Alex our sales rep was amazing. We just stopped in to shop not really buy at this time. He was so knowledgeable about everything. If it weren’t for him we would still be shopping. Great service!

Mason was just wonderful. The dining set I had seen before was on sale and he helped me price out every piece so I was sure of how much I would be spending. He arranged delivery and explained all the particulars. He was patient and very knowledgeable.

Allan and Daniel were very helpful in helping us selecting our furniture all the while letting us chose what best fit our needs. What I most appreciate from the whole experience is the fact that they were not pushy nor did they pressure us into anything and they treated us with respect and humility.

Noone wants to spend thousands to replace worn out living room furniture and mattress ... But when you get a great price, 0% financing options and expert sales help, it makes it all worth while. Alex is an outstanding sales representative he greeted us as soon as we enter the building. Alex gave us space to walk around and check out the product in the store. We found some bedroom furniture that we loved and is great quality. Alex was amazing!!!
