Best Western Plus Dfw Airport Suites

A friend in a storm. Literally. This week Dallas was hit with significant weather and many flights were cancelled. The hotel staff was awesome. They helped us extend our stay after we had checked out and faced another delay, even offering to and delivering extra towels.
Beyond that, the rooms were clean, new carpeting throughout the facility and breakfast was excellent - real eggs, hand mixed pancake batter, slide ham all prepared fresh and in view. Super nice coffee machine for expresso drinks. We were not expecting to be in Dallas for two days, I am glad we spent it at this property.

The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was good as well.

Initially, when we arrived which was a bit before check-in we were not asked whether we needed to be serviced & checked in by the woman at the front desk. Her customer service was poor so I was not impressed. Rooms were nice and clean with microwave, fridge and other amenities that come in handy. House keeping was great providing us additional towels. Breakfast was simple and good. Blanca who worked the front desk when we checked out was an absolute gem! She had such a wonderful attitude & GREAT customer service with every guest that came to the front desk. She went above & beyond for us to make us feel very welcomed and I was sorry we didn't get her up on check in. She's absolutely AWESOME! Thank you Blanca! 😊

It was clean and comfortable as always with free breakfast and they always have decent breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the location it was in because it was too loud even at 3 AM at night. But the closest one from the airport.

Caesar helped me through a confusing reservation issue with the best, genuine customer care! Service, rooms, and location are all great. It’s my second time staying here and I will definitely stay here every time I visit the Dallas area.

The room booked here was large, clean, and comfortable. The hotel common areas were the same and only 10 minutes or so from DFW Airport.

There's also a complimentary breakfast buffet with different arrangements of coffee, juices, and lots of food options.
It's definitely a 1st choice for me.

Nice clean hotels, free breakfast and the staff is great. Our booking app made an error, and the front desk night attended was polite and more than helpful to remedy the situation even though it wasn't her problem. A+ her!!!

Great/very clean hotel very close to airport. Early am staff at front desk was great to help with sending off with bagged breakfast after a quick stop at the wonderful coffee machine while waiting for taxi. Made up for fact of no airport shuttle

I arrived about 10am (check in was scheduled for 3pm) and the front desk was able to get me in early. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I definitely will stay here again.

We recently stayed overnight while traveling through Texas and waiting on our boys that were landing at DFW on 2 different days. The lady at check in was super sweet, the room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Location is very convenient to DFW airport and the building as a whole was great.

Probably the best Best Westerns I've stayed at. Staff was super friendly and responsive to our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for flying out of DFW.

We stayed here overnight to take an early flight the next morning. The rooms were large and clean, staff was very helpful, and I felt comfortable parking my truck outside. They are also very close to DFW and will be where we stay whenever we have early morning flight.

Coming back from Florida, was in a pinch and needed somewhere quick, quiet, and reasonably priced. This was the place! Very clean property inside and out. Staff was very helpful since I got in at 10am (check in is at 3pm) they got me in early for a small fee which I didn’t mind. Pool was nice and relaxing, room was clean. Definitely staying here again when in the area.

Clean rooms and customer service was top notch. We however had to pay RT with Uber. They didn’t offer a shuttle for us. Our very short stay was quiet. And we felt safe. What I mean about feeling safe is: our flight was canceled until the following day. Not knowing the area… we never encountered anything but thunder and the sound of rain. Room has a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge for those looking to stay for several days.

Enjoyed our nights of stay!! Rooms were clean and were stocked well! Breakfast staff and selection was amazing! Front desk staff was very attentive to our needs and requests. Great place to stay!!

My family and I had a great stay here! My son loved watching the planes come and go.. the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean!! Convenient location. Nice breakfast and pool. Looking forward to staying here again!! 🙂
