New Balance Factory Store

Place was a tiny bit crowded. Very clean areas, everything clearly labeled. Employees were not pushy, they occasionally check up on you to see if you need anything (which is nice), and they are very knowledgeable.

Was given sound advice and recommendations from Noah. Thought the recommendation was going to be bogus but it ended up being waaay more comfortable than what I was going for. Thanks for the help!

This place is the best. Not sure why there aren't more positive reviews for it, but I think people typically review food before shoe stores.

I'll go here on a weekday and look through the clearance NBs. I've found incredible deals and bought multiple of the same running shoes here because the deals are so good.

Would highly recommend going here if you're a New Balance fan.

Justin ringed me and he is an awesome customer service manager. I bought More V4 from him and even price matched with online rate - which he accepted without lot of fuss. Did not rush me while I tried om shoes and was respectful to me. I appreciate that. Would go again.

Yesterday I went to the grapevine mills outlet mall. Walking by I went into new balance store for my very first time. I was browsing around and saw some great deals. The sales rep guy was so nice he went out of his way to help me to get a size 6 1/2 wide shoe. I wanted to say thank you very much for his kindness and professional Ness and helping me. And a great attitude. I would return to shop there again and recommend to my other friends.

They have a great wide selection of shoes, I couldn't find this specific shoe I was looking for however one of the associates told me they can order my shoes I've been searching for.

The sales person was very helpful and informative. They helped me to figure out what I needed to look for in footwear.

Always check the store before purchasing online. I got a great deal at the store almost half of the quoted price on Amazon

Found some good pairs on the clearance section (4E size). Have wide feet and it's always rare to score a discount on those.
