I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dynamex. I bought items from IKEA and they had Dynamex deliver. First, I received a call 2 hours before to make sure I was home. Then, once they arrived I met Darren Hartmann and Ali. They were so friendly and accommodating. IKEA had made a mistake on my order. Anyone that has purchased anything from IKEA knows how difficult it is to get anyone on the phone to resolve anything. Darren and Ali (the professionals they both are) helped me get connected with IKEA immediately to resolve the issue. They had my best interest in mind and made sure I would be taken care of. Thank you Darren and Ali for making the mix up better. You two made my day! Ask for a raise!

Dispatchers Mike and Enrique are were excellent at setting my delivery before I even thought about it. Delivery team was clean,careful and professional. My assembly was done quickly. I had no problems.

This by far has been the easiest thing I have done today! Denise Jackson was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions and was super patient with me as I explained what my needs were. Great Job Denise!! Keep up the great work!

I kind of feel like the reviews for this company have been harsh. Amazon has had the company for quite some time. Ive been receiving packages from them for at lest 2 years or more and the ratio for packages delivered to damaged is quite low. Sure Ive had a package thats gone missing (one) and a crushed Vinyl (again, only one) but listen, I don't care who or what company it is....... there is NEVER going to be the perfect deliver service....never. Ive worked in retail and I had to deal with the general public and they are some of the most winny, hard to please %#&^*(&#*&$ in the world. So i take these reviews with a grain of salt so to speak... Heck even UPS gets one or two stars in yelp and other places and that company has been around for ever and they are great, so see what i mean.

Now, hey Dynamex about that missing package....

I know the reviews about this company's customer service is bad, but there are two people you want to deal with. Caitlin and Luis are the best! They made sure I was able to get my package on many occasions. And they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Those two people would be the people to get this done for you!
