Subway

I wanted to give a honest review of my experience going into
Subway. I noticed that some of the employees struggle to keep up with the pace but I commend them for not giving up and continuing to stay on task. With having only 3 employees in the store, it can be a struggle. Understandable! There was an employee by the name of Jacob who was extremely nice and he seems like such a hard worker. I like the environment there and how talkative Jacob he had a conversation with me the whole time making my sandwich and I just liked that. The other employees should talk more and interact with the customers.

this is the best subway i have EVER been to‼ everyone is so kind and they give you great portions! one of the workers is so kind and treats everyone with respect! and he doesnt let you leave hungry!😉

The employees were great help when asked to give details about the sandwhich I was getting they were spot on I highly recommend everyone go here best subway in the world

After the gift cards failed to work, an employee tried troubleshooting the problem with me. Very nice staff. In the end, the employee took the fall for my food because of my difficulties. Thanks Subway!

You know I usually don't rank Subway up there with my favorite sandwich shops but I went in the Syracuse subway on antelope the other day and the service was amazing. All I got was a basic ham sandwich but the kid making it was very personable and genuine. As long as they have employees like that I'll keep going back.

There was an issue with the online payment system. I went in and the girl with the pony tail, spicy t-shirt ,and braces made it right. She needs a raise.

Staff here had the most amazing attitude!

Whenever I forgot what to get or didn't know, they calmly suggested what usually goes best with the sandwich and they all worked as a team to complete our orders. I've never had such a good experience with Subway before!

Came here around 5 pm on March the 31st.

I have been looking at these 1 star reviews. Frankly, I disagree. I have been to this location many times throughout my life and they are always fast. They have fresh produce for their sandwiches and always make my sandwich perfectly. Heck, I might even go today to get a cold cut or egg, bacon, cheese sandwich.

There may be times when service is subpar however it's mostly a great place if you have the patience.

Went just before closing and the employees were some of the best and kindest people I’ve ever had at a fast food place! It was such a pleasant experience it made my evening!

If you fire Justin I will give you a one star. He’s your best worker and will only buy subway from that man. Also, give him a raise. My sandwich was perfectly toasted. When I took a bite of my sandwich I heard heavens angels singing because of how godlike the sandwich was that was crafted by that bread making man. I also heard that at the end of his night he makes sandwiches (he pays from the obviously) and hands them out to homeless people. What an idol for the young generation. I hope he runs for president, he has my vote!!

Typical Subway fare. The restaurant is clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

Both employees were very nice and helpful. We splurged today and got cookies too. All of the food was amazing, thank you!!😃

the manager Elise saved my day. I live in Lehi and our granddaughter was moving into a new sub division in Syracuse, near Clearfield. I called 4 Subways in my area to find out if I could order a sandwich platter to pick up in 2 hours, all told me "NO", 24 hour notice. In desperation I called the Clearfield location and the employee gave me the managers home number. Elise jumped right in and did a beautiful job making a large sandwich tray for me to pick up in 2 hours..........Thank you staff at Subway Clearfield !!!!!

Awesome sandwiches. They were very accommodating. Using coupons, we fed six people for $30.

We love subway, just wish they would get gluten free bread for my son.
