Baymont by Wyndham Beckley

This hotel is now a comfort inn. It was remodeled 2 years ago and change ownership. The comfort inn was very comfortable, clean, and had a very friendly staff.

The Room was beautiful, comfortable beds, and stupendous shower and bathroom. They just remodeled and it smells like new fresh wood with new paint. However they only have one person working at the reception desk plus helping with breakfast so we had to be patient for her to restock things but that's not her fault. They just need more staff.

I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels.

Stayed here over night on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised how nice & clean the place is.

Room was large, CLEAN, no stench, fridge, microwave, pull out sofa sleeper, nice desk & chair, water was hot with good pressure, nice TV, lots of channels and Ron at the front desk was friendly & fast.

I'd definitely stay here again.

Located right off I-77. New Remodel. First floor still under construction. Did not interfere with stay.
In house breakfast unavailable at visit, was given a voucher for local restaurant. We chose to eat at the Tamarack Marketplace instead (excellent as well).
We will use this as our midway stay to visit family in the Carolinas in future.
Staff VERY friendly and upbeat! Offering assistance at every point of contact.

Kind people, helped us out we didn't have to have reservations, we broke down had to find a place to sleep. Then we was able to purchase the room for 3 nights, mind u every hotel around was packed, clean rooms, breakfast was on point.. highly recommended, they are also putting pool and hot tub, so go check it out if your around the area..

Stayed there last night after driving in the blistering cold and snow from Ohio. My room was pretty clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and took care of me right away. Shower was very welcoming after that drive. Great stay overall. Just wished they served breakfast, but I understand because of Covid.

My family and I stayed one night on the way to a loved ones funeral. We had 3 rooms, one room had very comfortable mattresses, the other 2 were more firm and not very comfortable. The pillows in all 3 rooms left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was good with many choices- waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bread, bagels, donuts, eggs, muffins, juice, milk and coffee....what more could you want? Staff was friendly, location was great. For the price, we couldn't of been more pleased. Would stay here again.

One of the cleanest and welcoming hotel I have ever stayed at for a quick stop.
Right from the moment you opened the front door until you got your room you saw the difference in ownership groups and staff. My main staying place, going to or coming back from Florida.

The staff are genuinely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Nice and quiet for a superb night of sleep. Nice clean rooms, a very good Continental breakfast with lots to choose from. Love the home away from home vibe I get here. This being my 2 nd time staying here I am sure to return.

Location is just off the highway and easy to find Room was very clean with the exception of the shower that spit out rust colored water for the first second or two (stopped after a few seconds of running). TV stand had some damage Bed was VERY comfortable and clean Breakfast was ok with the coffee being lack luster What saved this review was the staff who were some of the friendliest staff I have ever done business with!

Nice accommodations, neat& clean. They are following all of the medical covid 19 protocol that have been set in place. Very friendly staff. Adequate parking & easy access to a variety of eateries.

We had a very good experience. Robbie? housekeeper was very friendly. All were very helpful, considerate and kind. Thought we left something behind and called and Susan was willing to go check and call us back.

Extremely nice staff help us get a room at the last minute very reasonable price! And the room was extremely nice comfortable! Definitely will be coming back!

We just returned home from our trip to Wv. We were only going to stay for two night before heading home. The first night we stayed at a state park. When we finally arrived at the Baymont to check in, we started talking about how it already looked nicer than the state park. We were greeted by Ron at the front desk. Very nice guy and very helpful. After checking out the room and seeing how nice and clean it was we decided before we left for dinner to stay another night at Baymont. The morning staff is just as nice as Ron. They even helped me out with jumping the car in the morning after leaving the lights on all night. Hey, it happens. If you are looking for a great clean place with a nice breakfast, I would stay here for sure. yhuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu (Sorry thats from Mio the cat. He missed us.)

We enjoy this hotel very much. Always so nice. When we lived in Beckley and lost power at our home in winter this is the only hotel that would accept locals. They are always so nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone. When we come to visit we stay here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, especially for a hotel bed.

Very nice place to stay and convenient off the interstate as well..the staff here are very helpful and the management staff there is exceptional. Personally Ron and Lura both were very helpful and most pleasant to be and work with...would love to stay there again...Ron even offered a place to stay at his home when the hotel was full one evening..that's service. .

I had just stopped in after a hard run from Arkansas and needed a room when I met Mr Gary.
Mr Gary was both informative and polite as he registered a room for me. There was a peaceful atmosphere that settled around him and this set the mood for me to enjoy a relaxed evening.
