Raleigh County Magistrate Court

I went paid part of my ticket I'll pay the rest tomorrow then get them to send th required documents to DMV so I can get the suspension lifted.

The staff is nice. The magistrate was unhelpful and very unprofessional. I was screamed at, told off, and didn't get any help with questions of where I should be directed to handle some legal matters and I didn't know where I was supposed to go or what to do. I needed to file a petition against someone who had threatened me and was preventing me from going to my home. The magistrate interrupted me and told me it wasn't a crime if someone threatens or acts on threats to my life. I had never been so rudely treated in my life.

I attempted to call to settle a ticket based on a letter I received from the DMV. I called and spoke with Magistrate Blumes secretary who was professional and explained the process. I then waited on hold to speak with the Magistrate. I was met by very rude and unprofessional Magistrate Paul Blume!!! He should not hold the position of AT ALL! I could not believe the attitude I received from simply trying to resolve a speeding ticket! He answered the phone and immediately said “Are you calling to plead guilty?”. I did not even know who I was speaking with I had to ask. I truly can not believe that he feels that talking to people with the tone he took is ok! I asked the process and he in turn called me a third grader!! That could not comprehend! When I’m an educated adult that has achieved several accomplishments in my life. I asked why was he speaking to me so aggressive and he said that it was me that has the attitude!! And I had not said much of anything but that I was calling to resolve the ticket! He is insane! His tone scared me and had I been in his presence I would not have felt safe!!! This is a call I wish would have been recorded! Paul Blume should not be allow to judge anyone’s case! He is not fit to handle this job!

Trying to save a Bullies life by asking for a PPO so that this supposed veteran of a minor enlistment; so far back he can't fit into his uniforms anymore; doesn't make the mistake of thinking touching me without my permission in any way shape or form is anything but a VERY bad idea and could be hazardous to his health.

Video evidence was not allowed to be admitted. Failure of local law enforcement agencies to actually investigate my reports of being victimized that are sufficiently backed by those same videos not taken into consideration.

Par for the course, but an appeal is in the works. Will probably contact Legal Aid to be able to subpoena the witnesses who can either commit perjury (Bearing False Witness) and that includes the hairless, barrel waisted bully who shall remain nameless because he is unimportant to me but his obviously up till now unexciting mangina life is important to my God.

Moors the pity. Google it.

Have called 20 times over several days at different times never answered I’m sure it will eventually be looked at as my fault even though I’ve devoted hours trying to get an answer to pay this inspection sticker ticket

I went up there to get an incorrigible, the man I dealt with was VERY rude and unprofessional. If he hates his job so much , he should retire. I was needing help because I couldn’t see the paper well and he fussed at me for it. It was a horrible experience on top of an already trampled day

If I could give 0 stars I would Magistrate Pecks secretary is the single most rudest person I've ever dealt with over the phone she is on a complete power trip. Was trying to pay smoking tickets for someone at bootcamp I was told to speak to Magistrate they could make choice to drop tickets but she wouldn't let me speak with her and was just extremely rude.

Nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phones here. I’m unsure if the number is even in order that is listed. Very poor quality experience.

Ok so they tell you if you move an have an open case or are on bond you have to notify them of your new address or go to jail! But when you call to do so they tell you that you have to send a letter! Please tell me what kind of BS is this?? Has anyone ever heard of having to send a letter to the magistrate Office to change your address??

This whole office needs to be impeached.
