I love coming here. I hated going to the doctor until last year where I was met with Dr. Bordelon and his team. They were and still are super kind, caring, clear, and helpful. Best doctor and team I’ve ever had.

No issues with the doctor. I was scheduled an appointment then when I was headed that way to my appointment I called to confirm my appointment time with them that day of only to find out the appointment was never scheduled at all. After I was told the scheduling department that I rescheduled my appointment for that particular day I was easily brushed off and was told that the only thing they can do is have a MA call me which the MA never called. Whoever scheduled me for my appointment on that FRIDAY that I requested told me to fast for my appointment which I did for a long time because my appointment was at 3:30 for my physical exam.

Once again, money is much more important than the patient's health.

Its all about the money yet again with these cookie cutter Pop up Doctor first aide stations.
