Good customer service and friendly staff.

Everyone here had great customer service. They had a hard time matching my paint but worked on it for DAYS and finally got it right. Multiple people worked on it. They would call me with updates. They are awesome. Highly recommend this store.

Keyla was the best. She listened to my dilemma and then offered up solutions that would not break the bank. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and smiles a lot. :-) Everything someone in a customer-facing role should be. When there are a lot of paint choices, high-quality employees make all the difference.

They make paint easy. Their products are a lot easier to work and blend.

I recently bought paint from here cause I needed to do some renovating on the house and the staff was super helpful, especially in color selection and handling everything in a timely manor. The associate that helped me was Mrs. Davila and the manager Mrs. Casanova. Mrs. Davila was very helpful in helping me decide on the proper matching color while also keeping my ideas and thoughts in mind, which took a load off of me. Definitely will be back if needed!

By far the best, most enjoyable retail experience I've had in 2 months. Many stores can learn from the staff at Presidio (Alliance). I've been disappointed by many, but Sherman Williams staff just gave me hope that good ppl still exist. Great job!!

Teniquia, or "T" as she called herself was so helpful and so nice. I don't normally write reviews unless the experience is bad but she was just such a pleasant person and helped me pick out the paints that I needed to do the job. I had my youngest daughter with me and she was super sweet to her also. You don't find customer service at her level very often.

Very helpful and friendly staff. If you're a previous customer, they run plenty of promotions like 30-40 percent off paints and stains. Still better than the big box chains and mom-and-pop stores. Quality of paint and color combinations are second to none. As a courtesy, they'll even run your old paint through the shaker, even if it's not their brand! Tricia and her staff really appreciate your business.

I've been in this store soooo many times. First time was the summer and winter of 2018 picking out paint chips to paint our whole home interior. The staff was friendly and waved when I came in for more/new samples. Then the big paint job in Dec 2018 when our hired company purchased the product. I love their product and it's beautiful on the walls. Just went in today to get more paint to fix a problem and Tee was there to help and make sure I received the right product. Great service and nice people.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I want to share how much of a pleasure it was to have Thomas help me when I recently stopped by. He was awesome and so kind as he took time to demonstrate to my kids how the paint is mixed together. My kiddos were fascinated. Thanks Thomas.

We've been shopping here since they opened a few years ago. The service last weekend was incredible. The 2 gentlemen there knew their paints, had us in and out quickly, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful store. Very helpful employees. They were able to match a paint sample that was 4 yrs old.

A recent painting project necessitated the need for color matching. The sales associate was not only able to match the color perfectly but also took the time to share several options within the SW product line. Extremely pleased with the pleasant attitude and willingness to answer my questions. SW is a top tier paint and to be fair their paint can be significantly more expensive than the big box stores. That said, their one on one service helps to offset their premium price. I would also recommend, if possible, timing your paint purchases to coenside with a sale. This brings the price per gallon in line with the big box stores. All and all I had a pleasurable experience with SW Alliance.

This was our first time to visit Sherwin-Williams. Home Depot is usually our go to for paint and supplies. But they were having an awesome sale (40% off) so we decided to check them out. I'm so glad we did! The staff is friendly, and very helpful. We bought a DR Horton home and the builders paint was awful! They help us find the right kind of paint and rollers and everything. So simple, without the hassle of the big box store.

I was having a nightmare of a project that has taken several contractors and over 6 months, it not even that big. but had a paint nightmare at wits end. went in and talked to Thomas and Tee. they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I DEFINITELY recommend going in and seeing these guys. GREAT store!!

Repeat great experiences at this store. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The paint quality is ultimately the reason to shop at Sherwin but the friendly staff in the stores is a major bonus.

Tee was great and very helpful. I was there Sunday and she managed the crowd very well giving everyone the time they needed to make the choices they needed to without making anyone feel rushed. I appreciated her help and will definitely be back.

The young lady that help me was AWESOME. She knew what color I needed without having to test or try to match the color and also the trim color. They matched exactly. She was friendly, worked fast and was and expert in her field. It exceeded my expectations.
