Goodwill Store - Altamesa

Wow! What a huge place! This goodwill is probably the biggest I've seen yet. We'll organized too. Whoever the Mgr is keep it up! Anything you need is here. I totally recommend this one.

Really like this store and it's clean and employees very nice. However, I do have a problem with the guy at the drop off. I was there this morning, 9-17-2022 at 10:am to drop off several boxes and bags, I told him the boxes were fragile and he just thew them on top of some bags and I actually heard the breakage. He also did not offer me a receipt. Usually don't have this problem with others who help. Someone needs to have a talk with him.

Nice friendly people. The guys that loaded chairs into my truck wouldn’t accept a tip but they deserved one for their service. Thanks guys.

I go here alot!! Everyone is so nice. Also they never make me feel like a bother when i come in and return clothes that I’ve previously bought without trying on (I always come to the store 30 min till closing due to my schedule). Sorry bout that, but they always greet everyone with a smile and i get awesome service ….⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

Staff & customers have loved on her every time. The selection is decent, a LOT of clothing! They have a unique island display as soon as you walk in with featured items. Store is always clean & quiet.

Been coming to this goodwill for yrs and the new remodel is awesome. Prices are fair. Clothes is decent. Manager is real nice . Staff has always been nice to. Usually go in the afternoon when its slower. I went in early today A employee came up to me and started having a random convo with me and literally gave her honest opinions on the clothes I was picking I even ended up leaving with more than what i wanted!!! I can't even remember her name all I know is that she had some serious dimples! I like that feeling when you go into a store and they make you feel like you've known them forever. Will continue spending my check here lol

The staff here is very nice and the store is organized and clean most of the time. I say most of the time because when they are busy it can get crazy. It’s easy to do a drop off donation plus it’s quick and they give you a receipt for your taxes. Overall I’m happy with this location.

I would like to give a shout-out to the new management at this location. I was there this pass Sunday and the manager on duty Pauline C was super informative when I asked for help. I told I was looking for items for a school drive for boys shirts. She told me about the saving that day and upcoming dates. I asked her if they had a military discount and she told me yes it was fantastic and the selection was so awesome. Lots of new items and great condition. When I arrived at the counter I had folded all my clothes with tags hanging out and she honored my request to not ball them up. My husband found some beautiful Round tree shirts and Joseph A Banks all starch and ironed like they just came from cleaners. They are so organized and I truly enjoyed shopping here. Thank you to the other teammates that were also so helpful that day. I will definitely be going back for school shopping for my grandchildren. This time it was for others. I pray for this location and other Goodwills will follow the lead of Ms. Pauline at store #41. Serving others with a smile and giving information so my shopping experience was like being in any upscale store. Thank You Alta Mesa Goodwill store #41.
Lady Mayberry

This is literally the best Goodwill that I have ever been to hands down in Fort Worth - and I enjoy thrifting. Though it may not seem likely, they have the best selection, it's always stocked, clean and wonderful customer service. I know undoubtedly if I enter I WILL NOT leave empty handed. After losing my WHOLE wardrobe, this place is godsent. Let me add I don't often if ever look at appliances/furniture - just clothes, shoes and bags/purses. Also I'm slim with curves which I feel is convenient when looking. I've never looked for plus size or petite though I wouldn't be surprised if they carry thangs that appeal to all body shapes.

I usually find a few things to buy. I shop only vintage. More restocking would be great! Employees are very nice and the store is bright and clean. Also easy to get to.

Nice and clean building. Decent stuff. The process were very fair. These folks are truly doing good work here.

Of course,being good will the selection varies.and you gotta work hard to find the good stuff.but my picky husband found a nice dress shirt,plus I can usually find jeans for my son in like new condition.I just love this place!

I love this Goodwill. The employees are so friendly, and you never know what treasures you'll fine. I believe in reuse & repurpose, and I love the giving a beautiful thing a new hone and purpose

It was my Dads birthday and he wanted to go to the goodwill on altamesa. We always find items and we have fun looking at old stuff too.staff was real nice too young man at check out made my dads day
