Took great care of my wife for her procedure, and ensured she was good to come home when she was ready.

I get ECT treatment done here. 4th floor outpatient surgery is AMAZING the nurses are so sweet and AMAZING at what they do. I always look forward to seeing them because they are the best. The doctors and anesthesiologists are very careful and great at their jobs.

I wasn't waiting long and the workers were very nice.

This hospital behaves like it is still rudderless. New management has not improved the quality or professionalism of check-in at all. The attitude is to take it or leave it. And we don't care if you get Covid or not.

Appointment at 12:15 for X-ray, it's now 1:05, also have an appointment with a Doctor at 1:00 up stairs. Very poor time management. And I was on time.

Waited for over 2 hours for x-ray and was 2 hours late for my appointment upstairs, watched others come in after and yet be registered before me. Was told oh they have appointments, ummm and like I didn't.

Iv been to many hospitals in my 28 years and by far this is the worst one. Slow at everything and has a very messy ER room. Bathroom in the ER was nasty as well.

Would give zero stars but that's not an option.
