Once the work began, Michael Toomey was absolutely incredible to work with. The entire process was seamless. All questions were answered and every single concern was addressed and taken care of. She was really professional and trustworthy… she checked my roof with a drone and told me I was all good that there was no damage for them to fix…. Everything about this process was seamless! Jayson worked hard with our insurance adjuster to make sure we did not get “short changed” on the repairs that needed to be done. He was able to get them to supplement at more than 50% higher than what their initial estimate was! Our entire roof was done in one day cleanup included! We were so happy we had them back to replace our gutters and add some more gutters to the house which look amazing! I would highly recommend these guys for your next roofing project. Do not be taken in by all these storm chasers that show up on your door after a storm… this group is locally owned and operated and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I had a string of bad contractors when I moved to Texas and I felt pretty burned badly. However Rodney Hall has been really patient and really helpful and made the process easier. Quickly responds and follow ups accordingly. My roof repair was done in about 1 day, it has a long warranty on the labor. I was able to get it schedule about 1 week after I confirm on the quote.

Our roof needed to be replaced after being inspected as part of selling our house. Trent with Mighty Dog Roofing came out to perform an inspection to confirm the house inspector's determination. He was professional and very friendly. He quickly noticed I had small children and brought back coloring books and pink panther stuffed toys for my kids. He also wasn’t bothered by us watching him (including the neighbor kids) performing the drone inspection in addition to his inspection on the roof. Trent was with us every step of the way, and great to work with. He knew timing was important to us because of our closing date and was able to schedule our roof replacement within a week which was faster than any other company.

The installation team was on time, respectful, and were courteous with my questions and concerns.

Overall, Trent and the Mighty Dog team were great to work with and the new roof and gutters look great!!

Had a really fantastic experience with Mighty Dog, from the initial consultation through to a full roof replacement job. Very professional, prompt, and responsive. Their crew worked very efficiently and fully cleaned up after themselves.

I needed 2 sheds and a gazebo reroofed due to wind damage and thought I was going to have problem finding someone I could trust to do a good job using quality material at a price I could afford. I had several exterior specialists to come out and look at them, I choose Mighty Dog due to their reputation, their price for quality shingles, plus Chad their exterior specialist. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He kept me informed when the material would be delivered, and roofers would be out. The material was delivered on Thursday and the roofers were there the next day it took a half a day to do the job. The best thing besides the great job the roofers did, and the price and quality was that there was never any presser to go with them or find anything else that needed done to up the price.
