My company bought a new building in 2000 that had major heating/cooling issues. Elite Refrigeration showed me a comprehensive upgrade to the building for efficiency and future growth and did a WONDERFUL job. Staff was professional, efficient and on time.

Excellent company! I was having HVAC issues last Spring and was needing quick reliable service that was price efficient! I researched Heating and Cooling Companies in the area and Elite Heating & Refrigeration came up. I gave them a call and they sent a service man to my house that arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite and got straight to work on the problem at hand and was finished within the hour! As he was finishing up the owner popped in and introduced himself and said “Thank you for trusting in Elite to get your issue fixed. We’re only a phone call away and will always provide prompt, excellent service!” He shook my hand and they took off to the next job.

I dealt with Mike at Elite and he was very friendly and easy to work with. They are very affordable compared to quotes from other companies and were on site within 3 business days from the time they ordered the materials needed for my job! They also installed a system in my parent's house that had no HVAC previously. I would highly recommend them for new installs, upgrades, or retrofits!

We had 3 estimates to replace heat pumps. Elite was the cheapest. They also were the only company to give 3 years labor warranty. They brought multiple crews in to get both our heat pumps installed in one day. They were extremely nice, helpful, quick and cleaned up everything before leaving! We highly recommend them!!

Technician was quick to respond and precise with his ability to find my issues. After he left I noticed another issue and he revisited me and found that the problem and made repairs quickly. Very satisfied customer that was at one point in time in need of assistance.

I have an older heat pump that has required some maintenance. They have always provided fast appointments. When my heat was out on a snowy day they came that day and stayed until it was repaired.
It's difficult to find a company to work on your heater as most just want to replace with a new one. They are filling a local need and doing an excellent job of it. They have been very kind, professional, and trustworthy.
After being ripped off once by a guy with no credentials, I will definitely be staying with Elite. Give them a try. They offer lots of services.

Josh and everyone at Elite we’re great! Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They helped us out quickly when our AC crashed just as it got hot outside. The entire replacement of our old HVAC system was completed quickly and they left my garage and yard cleaner than when they arrived.

A great and much appreciated service in cold snowy weather! RJ Smith (Roger Dale) answered the call and arrived 10 minutes later and brought the unit and worked all day long the very next day (miraculous in itself)! He was so polite and courteous, such a professional, hardworking, diligent young man. We highly recommend Elite Refrigeration and Air Conditioning! We definitely give him a five star rating! Excellent! I woke up to no heat, called Elite and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and had my heat running within an hour. Very nice and knowledgeable technicians! Recommend 100%!! Thanks guys for keeping my house warm!!

They did a good job for my family when they came by and fixed all the issues with our air condition and our refrigerator that wasn’t working. They were very courteous and were very knowledgeable. My prob with my refrigerator and the heat and lighting was fixed fast. Would recommend them.

The folks at Elite recently replaced the gas forced air furnace and cental air system at my mother's home. It was a cold, snowy day and Chris and Tex seemed genuinely concerned that my mother (who's in her 80's) remain comfortable during the switch out. The job was done in 1 day (including clean up and haul off of old unit). Jason also stopped by to check on progress and gage our satisfaction. I've already recommended these folks to some of my friends and will use them in the future.

We had Tj come and help us and he was wonderful, friendly, explanatory, fast and efficient ! Will recommend to anyone I know that needs help! Also they even did it on weekend and holiday was the next day, so their 24/7 is legit.

As a crane operator, this company was great to work with. They came down to Alabama to do work on a Target. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everybody I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. It isn't often I get to work with companies, local or from out of town, that know hand signals and understand cranes.
