Kindercare Westcreek has been nothing but a good experience. I was nervous with putting my kids in daycare but I know they are always in good hands! Ms Renee is always very welcoming in the mornings and my son loves Ms Helen! They’ve always been very transparent and supportive when it comes to my boys and they have been very patient with us on this journey! They communicate well and are great with keeping me up to date with my boys development in the classrooms.

My toddler has attended KinderCare for a couple of years now. We both love it here and she's excited to attend each day (literally running through the door). The director Ms. Jaimee is the absolute the best, very hands on in every class. The teachers are also great, very compassionate and patient with the kids. Some days my toddler would rather stay home as most of us do, she'll cry and have a bit of a tantrum but the teachers are patient. Always warm and welcoming. Their hugs and pats on the back goes a long way and is really appreciated. Being at daycare for 6-8 hours can be hard on little ones too so knowing she’s offered some level of compassion is nice. It defiantly gives me a peace of mind while at work. The school is very secured as it requires two key codes for entry. The codes are also changed often to ensure safety which is great. I also receive a daily photos of my toddler and her class progress. It makes me happy to see happy photos of her in her class. My toddler is a picky eater so I find my self emulating the schools meal options that she likes which works well & makes easy for me. The school is always nice and clean, my only complaint is that the sheets for the bed cots are most of the time but aren't always use. My toddler is a bit sensitive to germs & virus due to a minor allergy. Kindercare's monthly newsletters are very informative. They have holiday festivities throughout the year and sometimes welcome the parents. All in all KinderCare is great for my childcare needs and I highly recommend. Awesome staff!

This has been the best daycare experience for my son! My son has always had trouble getting comfortable in school but Ms. Renee was so welcoming, patient and sweet. I can’t thank her enough for all she does. My baby boy has learned so much in Ms. Renee’s classroom. I’m so glad I found the right school for my son. Thank you to Ms. Jaimee and all the teachers for your warm hearts and hard work.

If you are considering this daycare for your babies this place is it !!! My son has learned soo much since attending here, all of the teachers are wonderful, sweet and patient with the kids. Ms Jaimee the director is awesome at what she does, she makes sure any questions or concerns are answered and she provides us with peace of mind knowing my baby is cared of while we work. My family and i are so thankful for KinderCare and their staff 🤍

I absolutely love the staff. My son has been attending since January 2024. They made this transition super easy for me and my son. He absolutely loves his teacher and so do I ❤

I greatly appreciate you ladies for the time that you take to making my children great! From the infants room to the potty training you all have been more than amazing! Thank you for the attentiveness, patience, kindness and love that each and everyone one of you pour out.

Man I don’t know what to say besides. ENROLL YOUR BABIES NOW! After struggling to find a home for my kiddos I came across KinderCare and honestly I’ve never had such an amazing experience with a child care program like this one. Ms. Jamiee is the best! She builds relationships with all the kids so everyone feels loved and safe in their care. As a parent you only want to know that your child is good and safe but it’s a plus to know that when it’s time to pick them up they want to stay with the teachers and staff. I can’t ask for a better care take team than this !

This is hands down one of the best day cares I have come across! The staff is amazing!! Shout out to Ms. Renee! She has such a warm, welcoming soul and is great with the kids. They love her! Keep wearing that beautiful smile Ms. Renee and keep up the good work!

The best daycare experience! The director and teachers are all so caring and involved with every child. My daughter has been going there since she was an infant, she’s 1.5yr now and loves it so much she asks to go to “school” almost every day!

Not to mention, the facility is very well kept and the pick up/drop off process is painless and organized. They are very responsive and great with the daily tracking app :)

My daughter was 2 when we started taking her to this KinderCare, and she had always been with a private babysitter. I was concerned about her interaction with other children and people in general, as she's very quiet and can be territorial with her space. The 5 months my daughter has been at this daycare, I've seen her blossom and open up more than she had in her 2 years prior. She is learning a lot with her teacher, Ms. Vicky, who is just wonderful with her. She's learning colors, shapes, numbers, and objects currently. To have her recognize random objects when we are out is amazing. The entire staff was wonderful in helping my baby transition from being the only child in a private home to going to a full class with kids her age. Her teacher is phenomenal in providing a good learning environment and a fun class for her. I'm more than happy we found this daycare/school for her.

My son has learned so much from Ms Renee’s class and loves going to “school”. Ms Jaimee is a wonderful director and has relationship with all the kids. I’m going to be sad when it’s time for us to leave and go to the “big kid school”.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I am a first time mom, and the thought of putting my baby in daycare was very scary. Mrs. Berkley did a video tour with me and she is amazing! I knew right away, this is where I wanted my son to go. Here we are almost a year later, and my son has learned so much! The teachers here are amazing! My kid amazes me daily with everything he has learned. This is an amazing learning center, we love it!

I love this daycare. My son is 2 years old and he is learning so much! It amazes me everyday gow much information he is picking up. His teacher Ms. Vicki is amazing. She make sure that me and his father are aware of what he is learning so we can work with him at home as well. I also love the open door policy that Ms. Tonya the director has with everyone. Any issues or questions I have she addresses them that same day. I am grateful that I found this daycare.

My daughter has been at Kindercare for almost 3 years since she was 8 months old and we love it! After going through the infant and toddler classrooms she is now in the preschool classroom and all the teachers have been great. She has grown up here and learned many things. The director, Tonya, has always been amazing with us and always makes sure everything is done right. Oh and she's super sweet! I love that they emphasize that it is a "learning center" and not a "daycare." It's true because my daughter knows so much at the age of 3 and she comes home learning something new everyday. We have had an amazing experience and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I'm so thankful she has been able to learn and grow here and will continue to do so.

I was recommended by my church member who works at Kindercare; she recommended that I bring my son. Since his enrollment it has been a great experience. The environment is very welcoming and my son is learning something new daily. Ms. Tonya and Ms. Ashlie are so sweet and make you feel like family. I love this school!!

My son is only 2 years old and the program he is in is teaching him so much. He is learning about so many different things. He enjoys his teacher and other children in his class. I love the director Ms. Tonya. If I had any issues or concerns she always make sure that they are addressed and handled. HIs teacher are also so willing to let me know everything he is learning and we work hand in hand in educating him and being on the same page.

I absolutely love this daycare! Every time I drop my son off, we're always greeted at the door with open arms and the same thing applies when we're leaving.

My son has been going here for over a year now and we haven't had any issues. He loved his 2 year old teacher (Ms vicki) to the point where he didn't want to move up to the 3 year old class when he turned 3. However, Ms Lisa took him under her wing and he fell in love with her immediately and looks forward to seeing her every day!

They're always doing lesson plans during the time that I drop my son off and he's learned a lot since being there. I'm moving to azle in a week but love this daycare so much that I may bite the bullet to continue to drive out of the way to keep my son happy.

Ms Tonya (the director) literally always has a smile on her face and is very attentive and helpful.
My son even loves the kitchen lady (and I hate that I can't think of her name right now) but I can't thank her, specifically, enough for the love and attention she gives my son. Such a genuine (and also always happy) woman. I can't thank this team enough! We love westcreek kindercare!

At first I didn't like this place, probably because I am a first time mom and didn't want to separate with my child, but now I have gotten to know the staff and I absolutely love this preschool. They teach my infant so much and and truly care about him. Ms. Tonya is very sweet and nice also Ms. Ashley. I love my son's teacher Ms. Aida

I LOVE IT! I have 5 kids enrolled, from the infant classroom to school-aged children. The staff is very professional, communication is awesome, the Kindercare App keeps you updated with your child(ren) throughout the day. The facility is great about social distancing, and following all Covid-19 precautionary principles. The staff here I love like family! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing childcare.
