Casablanca

We loved the pizzas, we had the Supreme and Hawaiian. Plus a calzone that was huge! We also really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and friend great tomatoes. The service was fast and are waitress was friendly.

I’m from NY and every time I come down to Hinton to visit family, this place is always on the top of the list of places to eat at. Everything is always cooked perfectly and promptly. Everything has a delicious homemade taste to it and the portion size is always more than generous. We always leave with boxes of leftovers for the next few days! Some of my favorites are the Manicotti, the cheesy garlic bread, and the bacon chicken ranch calzone. Everybody in the area or visiting needs to eat at this absolute gem!

Stopped in after a school bus trip. Had enough parking for a school bus and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. Had my grandson with me and it’s very kid friendly. And the calzone has real ricotta!!! Loved it and we’ll be back again.

Great place to eat! I had a beautifully cooked Stromboli with now raw doughy sections! And my husband's calzone was delicious my sons ate all their pita pizza and chicken nuggets. Delicious food!

Hands down the best Italian food around this area. Great homemade food , big portions and great prices. I will miss this place some day.

It wasn't very crowded so we didn't wait long at all for our food. The waitress recommended the garlic knot cheese balls. They were amazing! We ordered the supreme pizza (minus mushrooms and black olives) and meat lovers calzone. They were very good. We will definitely return.

I LOVE these wonderful people! AND their AWESOME FOOD! We order their spaghetti with meatsauce almost weekly, and I have to say that their spaghetti sauce tops mine, hands down. Everyone loves my homemade spaghetti sauce, but I happily admit that their spaghetti sauce is true ORIGINAL and DELICIOUS! MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!

We’ve heard about Casablanca for years but had never tried it until today. Absolutely amazing! I didn’t get a picture of the surf n turf Stromboli, but here is the cranberry chicken salad. It was delicious! Can’t believe we’ve been missing out for so long!

Our first time stopping in and it was well worth it. The food was very tasty, the lady that waited on us was very nice and the portions were huge and I must say the garden salad was so yummy, very pleasing to the eye and taste buds.

With inflation running away in the U.S., a good value is important. I took my family to Casablanca for a rare dinner excursion and we were impressed. The building looks a little dated from the outside but everything else was great. The owners are the cooks, they are of Egyptian descent and they seem to know how to cook. Casablanca is one of just a few individually owned and operated eateries in the Beckley area.

We started with a Mediterranean Nacho appetizer. I wasn’t sure but the wife wanted to try it. I’ve never had anything quite like it. Absolutely delicious.

Then she and I had the Lazagna dinners. She had a small tossed salad and I upgraded to a small Greek salad. (I’m not sure but I don’t think the Blue Cheese and Thousand Island dressings are home made.). Still, they were both good salads, fresh ingredients, tasty and ample portions.

The main course, Lazagna, was enormous. After the appetizer and salad, we both took most of ours home to enjoy tomorrow as another meal. Our youngest son had a cheeseburger and fries, and he devoured it without complaint. Our other son, Trey, had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. He said he really liked it. And…If you knew Trey, you would know how significant that statement really is. He took a lot of his entree home to eat later as well. Very generous portions all around.

We all had fountain Pepsi products but I saw at least one person having wine with a small specialty pizza of some sort. It was a single serve bottle, but it was wine. I’m not sure what their wine offerings look like.

The wait staff should be mentioned here. They were friendly, somewhat casual in their approach but professional at the same time. We noticed that they didn’t have a dedicated host/hostess but every customer was still greeted verbally as they walked in. Despite the lack of a host, they made a deliberate effort to deliver consistent, quality customer service. I think that adds stars to any eatery’s review.

The cost, before the tip, for the four of us, was $65.16. We tipped the standard percentage for a nice restaurant.

We thought it was a good meal at a reasonable price. It’s a locally owned restaurant where the cooks know their way around a kitchen. We splurged a little to do this and the value was good. I do recommend this place.

The food and service at this unassuming hidden gem were fantastic! I highly recommend the garlic knots with cheese, they are some of the best garlic knots I have ever had. I also enjoyed the regional favorite the pepperoni roll. It was a great stop after visiting Grandview State Park, we will definitely be back.

Amazing pizza!! Would drive from Pennsylvania for it!

So, we've passed by this little slice of heaven so many times. (REGRETFULLY) It's kinda unassuming, to be honest. Well, this past weekend, we decided to try it out... This is where the regret sits in. We ordered 2 Philly's to go, and as our tongues beat the roofs of our mouth after each bite we regretted ever passing by this place. This Philly was by far the BEST I've ever had. And for the record, I've been all over this country. Not only was it the perfect blend of meat and veggies, but the exact amount of condiment laid perfectly on the fresh bread...we literally wanted to slap the hell outta ourselves each time we took a bite because we both (my husband and I)willingly passed by this place for months. Yall listen, it's THAT DAMN GOOD !!!

Amazing salads, pizzas and more. Love the portion sizes for the price. They are NOT skimpy with the toppings either, great bang for your buck and definitely the best pizza in town. Highly recommend.

Casablanca has such good food!! The pizzas are magical. My personal favorite is the chicken Alfredo pizza. The desserts are good, I love the chef who brings out the pizzas. Inside is a lovely low-key vibe, perfect for a calm date or with family. It is a top choice for me easy. Really big bang for your buck. The food is really reasonable priced, and the portions are to die for. It's a great time. It's worth going. Go have a nice dinner if you're considering it.

Casablanca catered my wedding, my grandparents anniversary, and we visit at least once a month. The staff are wonderful! The customer service is excellent! The food is tasty and presented well. I haven't had anything I didn't care for. It's hard to try new things when you know you like something but it's it's good you want to see what else is. My husband, son and I were just talking about how they need to expand.

We are regulars. The food is great and the prices are unbelievable for the quality and portions. The bench seats need replaced. Some have worn-out springs and are in pretty rough shape. But that is a minor inconvenience given the great food and prices. Would highly recommend.
