Interesting clothes and they do give a military discount. Very friendly assistants. Some items I think are over-priced, but some are reasonable. Worth the look.

Shopped there today. Not only was the sales woman, Ashley very helpful with finding sizes for me, but kept bringing me things based on what I had already picked out to try on. She picked out shirts, Jean's and shoes for me to try. It was like having one of my close friends shopping with me. She really went out of her way to cater to me. Best sales service I've ever had.

Nice clothes, but when and on what planet are Jean's supposed to cost $175. I'm no poor man, but these things are not made of silver. AE, Hollister, and even old navy has the same Jean. Plus they are a quarter of the price. If you want to waist your money just to have a name on your pants, look me up and I'll only charge half.

So terribly expensive. Any one who shops there has more money than they do a brain!

I received a pair of hey dudes from the store for Mother's day. I had to go in and pick them up. The ladies working on Mother's Day were rude. They did not speak to customers and condescending at the register. When I explained that I was there to pick up an online order, she looked at the order number and never said another word to me. She brought my shoe box out to the counter set it down and said there you go. She didn't even give me a bag for my purchase. Didn't ask me if it was the right item didn't give me an opportunity to try them on, she was just in a rush to get back to her conversation with her co-worker. So although the store is clean and well stocked, your staff is rude. Unfortunately, due to their demeanor with the customer, I will not return to the store.

The only reason I’m being nice enough to give 1 star is because the man manager is the only one that ever greets us. Besides him, every single girl in there is RUDE. I’m just curious as to why they don’t like greeting or helping? It’s their JOB?????? I had an exchange you would have thought it was the end of the world for the dark big hair girl that wears too much makeup. I started buying online just so I wouldn’t have to go in there and deal with their rudeness. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

my granddaughter was there today to buy her something for her birthday which we were out celebrating. she is only 22. while her and her mom were there they surrounded them they were trying to say they were shoplifting. they made her cry and ruined her birthday. needless to say they left without anything and say they wouldnt be back and the girls were rude and didnt really want to help them find anything it ruined her whole birthday outing if i could i would put minus five

My encounter at Beckley, WV has made me 100% sure that I will NEVER shop at another Buckle. Ordered weeks ago. I’ve been there twice. They couldn’t find my order and said they would call when they did. Today, they have found it after I called again.

They had a Chris Stapleton sweatshirt that I loved. I needed a small and there was one on the counter. A girl working there said that one wasn’t available. Well, guess why! The very next day I was in there and she had it on. So, I was told to buy the large and wash it in hot water and dry it because it was cotton and would shrink. Why couldn’t she order one instead of me.

Customer service says I should have gotten an email that my order was in. I didn’t. No call. No email. No answers. Customers do not matter to Beckley Buckle. Spend big money and get little customer service representation. Pitiful. No more Buckle, anywhere, for me.

They was so rude, it’s ridiculous they treat you like your not worth being in the store. When it’s MY money that’s paying their salaries, because if we didn’t by ur stuff they wouldn’t have a job!!! And it’s called respect. I would have got more but it wasn’t worth the effort, I shouldn’t have got what I did!!!
