Need better drivers. Woman who drove yellow cab Y9084, license plate SBM 0568.was very rude! Didn't even drop my friend off at the correct location and was also smoking some kind of substance while on the job and while in the vehicle with a costumer. She is an older white female, oh please don't let me forget. VERY RUDE! And last but not least of it all, she made a threat to my friend when my friend said her and I will be making a report. She responded back to my friend with "okay, I got something for you" my friends making a police report on it. But she doesn't wish to unless the driver is removed cause she never had problems b4 getting dropped off too me.

That's a complete lie cause I can easily send the proof. And I also gave you the plates and # to the cab that y'all own. And I'm sure y'all have her drivers license on record or how else would she get the job. It's ok the police report will be made. Thanks for the poor service

Booked the cab. They told me the price, I told them that sounds goo..... They just hung up on me. They didn't tell me ETA, cab availability, anything. Tried calling them back several times, nothing. Use Uber or LYFT. This company sucks!!!!! Thursday(July 13th, 2023) 8:21 P.M. and no it wasn't a different company, I checked the phone number.

Wow. This place is horrible!! I called them this morning trying to get a ride to work. I live in a shelter with my children and we waited for over half an hour on this cab to come. Called them numerous times when they were late and they wouldn't answer the phone. Halfway into this infuriating wait a woman told me that they don't service people in shelters. So I decided to call them from a different number and the answered me finally. No apology just "Oh we can send you another can." Already too late for work. SMFH I have cash on hand. If you didn't think I could pay you then you could have asked for the money up front. Shame on you for discriminating against people just trying to make a better life. You should be ashamed.

I don’t know if the driver was intoxicated, but he/she was driving recklessly. Incident occurred at 649pm head westbound on I-30 west freeway in Fort Worth. Van was tailgating me as we approached the Horne/Camp Bowie exit. The driver the cut around me using the right lane and proceeded up to the Camp Bowie exit. The driver then drove up behind another vehicle was and tailgating them as well. He did the same maneuver and went around them at a high rate of speed.

Just done additional info, as you know, it had just rained 530pm till about 615pm. The roads were still wet and I’m sure now covered with oil. Your driver needs to be either drug/alcohol tested or dealt with in some other manner of discipline. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

I see why people take Lyft's and Uber! It like the receptionist was at home taking calls. She lacked etiquette and professionalism. I pray that anyone reading this will either catch the bus, phone a friend, or plan ahead. I called at 8;44 am she said 15 minute's. That time came and with and still no cab. I literally only called to go get my car around the corner. Not even a good 3 minutes. It was raining, it was 11am before they sent" your yellow cab is en route" ! What company would text EN? This is the worst customer service I've experienced since the Sibway restaurant on Berry!

I called the office and ty tell them that there cad drive parked in a handicap parking in front of my business and didn't have on handicap place on the vehicle I going outside to to the drive he can pick in a handicap parking space the drive was paying with him sf in front of my business the cab # was 305

Driver didn’t stay in lanes. Drove 15 miles over the speed limit. Wasn’t very friendly. Won’t ride with this company again.
