George, who works at Lawn/Garden section was so friendly and professional. He assisted me with loading the mulch bags into my truck. He made my shopping experience at Lowe's amazing. THANK YOU, George.

They got some really cool Halloween stuff, this rock band monster rock band thing you can plug your own mp3 player in it and they'll play the music and they move around but you're looking at a total of about 800 bucks for the whole thing, little pricey but if you can afford it it would definitely look badass but it's not too scary, I want to scare the kids!

In my opinion this Lowes has excellent customer service. I was helped almost immediately in the Nuts & Bolts Department. Two employees get my special commendation. Do not remember their names but they told me that they do work in Solar Panels. They showed up out of no where and helped me find what I was looking for. A special thank you to the two fellows. Also there was another employee in the tool Department that was very helpful. He helped me find what I was needing. Finally customer service was very good checking me out. My time at Lowe's was a great experience that evening.

I arrived at Lowes yesterday in kind of a rush. Upon walking around (and unfamiliar with the store), I quickly became overwhelmed... trying to find the specific items I needed. I saw a young man working at the end of the isle I was on, so I walked over and asked him where I could find a couple of the things on my list. HE WAS THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY STORE. He told me exactly what isle each of the items on my list were on, off the top of his head! and then still stayed near by, helping me along the way. At one point I literally just hollered his name and he came right around the corner. And he even went and picked up some of my items for me, so sweet. THANK YOU SO MUCH GYO for helping me through something that I was really really stressing over. YOU ARE THE BEST!

The best place for home improvement I ever visited, one can fine literally everything with the finest details ( electricity, woodworking, gardening, building and others).

-The staff: very helpful and knows where the items located also they provide options for you.
-Parking: not an issue at all, there are places allocated for wheelchair people.
-Payment: cash and credit, self payment is avaliable.

If you are a DIY guy this place is meant for you.

Very nice store and extra clean. The salesperson named Leslie helped me and she very friendly and knowledgeable. In fact I really appreciate her attentive service and friendly attitude. That will Keep me coming to this location.

You can probably tell from all my reviews that 5 star ratings are pretty rare. The reason I gave 5 this time around was the exemplary customer service we received when we had ordered and purchased windows. Wade one of their associates treated us like royalty from the time we arrived and even made sure he was there to as we closed the transaction. Not only did he give us great customer service but he also took the time to answer our questions and introduced options before purchasing our sales. He showed great patience and willingness to help throughout the whole process. His fellow co-worker Veronica was also very pleasant throughout the closing process as well. Both always radiating kindness and smiles even behind the mask. Also a big shoutout to Santina for going above and beyond by showing up to work even on her day off to make sure the whole process went smoothly for our transaction. Thank you and hopefully Lowe's will also recognize how important you all are in giving customers a very positive experience that keeps them coming back.

Always find what I want.... if I can't locate the item, customer service takes over. Well stocked and enjoyable to shop here...

I can't express how much I enjoyed meeting Wayne from lawn and garden. He is just an outstanding guy with GREAT personality. He went out of his way to help me. Your store should be proud of this gentleman, he's exactly what friendly customer service should be. Thanks Wayne!!!

Found exactly what we were looking for and then some.. Not to mention that military discount helps a lot.. One of my favorite stores..

Store is always clean and well lit. It's definitely under good management

Actual people to check you out if you don't want to use self-checkout.

Far less crowded than Home Depot. The workers are friendly & they actually seek you out to see if you need help.

Great place it was late an hour before closing and had two gentlemen to get this from the very top I am sure they were not happy but both had a great customer service.

My kitchen sink hasn't been draining for months. I don't have the money for a plumber. I was determined to fix the sink myself. I went to home Depot countless times.. then I went to Lowe's finally found some parts I thought would fit got back home they did not. Went back to Lowe's returned the parts and finally ask somebody for help. Along came a man named Don. Don was the most patient and the most kind-hearted individual that I could have ever asked for. I was so frustrated and so upset at the time. He took his time with me to explain every piece and part.. I got home and put it together and I was able to fix my sink. I don't think Mr Don understands just how much his help means to me. Now I will make it through the winter this year and I can use my sink again. This is what customer service is all about. This man deserves a raise and employee of the year! Thank you so much not only did you help me fix my sink but you also restored faith in myself. Thank you so much!

I love Lowes! My kids know to always give me Lowes cards for Christmas gifts. The staff is always polite and helpful! Curbside service had been my lifesaver.
