Very clean, quaint rooms and hallways. Respectful and well groomed manager. Neighbors seem to all be polite and respectful. Parking is slightly difficult but across the street in front of the building is parking spaces but they require change to pay for parking, else the vehicle will be towed. Hope his helps and enjoy!

For efficiency/dormitory type apartments, it's a great value. My place was nice and clean, when I moved in, which was nice and much better than most other options, even at moderately higher price piints. The super is helpful and easily available.

Quiet (most of the time outside and always inside)... Cheap... Good internet... Michael has to be one of the best managers/landlords you can find. Loud on weekends because there's 2 bars on the same street but it's not their fault.

Just moved in. Management is great. Clean rooms. Quiet. Cheap laundry facilities. Secure building.
The lobby is beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay.

Clean and cheap rooming option

My experience is this I saw an ad online about a unit available. I call like 7 times, I had a friend try also whomever is in charge wasn't professional enough to take the time to call me or my friend back and us know wiether they did or did not have any openings. Now if they can't return your phone call imagine how they run their building. I see alot of good comments but I wonder are spam promotions for the company.

Can't really say how it is. I've been trying for over a week+ to connect with someone about renting. No answer, no returned call... From the little I've actually seen it appears very clean.

The manager of the hall.Is very rude. Wouldn't tell me the owners .Because i wanted to complain.
