Best Western Premier Pasco Inn & Suites

Marvelous service, beautiful place, there is a wall fountain at the lobby which is very soothing.
The convention room is big enough we'll light, with a terrace. Excellent for corporate events.
Excellent location, nearby the airport.

frigging awesome!!! the staff was super friendly and amazing!!! somehow i got upgraded to the jacuzzi suite which was absolutely the bestest most perfected timing!! and they have an awesome frigging breakfast selection!! totally love this place!!

The BW Pasco is a great place to stay. New facility, nice rooms and very clean. Service has never been an issue. A little above expectations for breakfast, which is wonderful. Easy access to anything on the east side, or for that matter most of, the Tri-Cities.

Love staying here due to the cozy rooms available, the decor and of course the staff. Thank for your hospitality. You need to try the food they serve at Valley Bistro located in the same vicinity. Service is wonderful there as well.

This was one of the nicest and hospitable Best Westerns I have stayed in yet! I loved it. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The bar was very friendly and ok food. So clean all around! Love it!

They were so accommodating and friendly anything we asked for they did it and never gave us any problems. We love them. The only thing that we didn't like was the hard beds

We always stay here when we come to Tricities. It's the best hotel in the area. They always go above and beyond. The breakfast is always amazing, not soggy with oil like other hotels, and it's free, unlike other places. If you have a chance to stay here, I recommend you do so. We love the rooms with the jacuzzi tubs, but the rooms without a jacuzzi are just as nice.

Had to stay in the area for work , we left the hotel feeling satisfied with our stay, the breakfast is fresh , they have an omelette station where Juana prepared them, she’s really nice, the room we were assigned was neat clean and spacious, will choose this hotel when in the area 🙂

I have stayed here at least 20 to 30 times. I have tried other hotels and they don’t measure up. The rooms are clean and free of unwanted critters. This hotel has the best breakfast. Home made special order omelets every day. Both bacon and sausage everyday as well as fresh fruit. Everything is great every time!

I would like to acknowledge Jenifer . She assisted me today and made me experience at best western the best experience ever! Jennifer was very knowledgeable and had the best customer service. My family and I really liked this hotel! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. They accidentally overcharged me for the pet fee and immediately refunded it when I checked out. The pool was clean and it was nice that it was indoors, because it was cold outside. Be careful around the pool because the flooring was kind of slippery and there were little spiky things - I think to help with traction - but my niece slipped and they cut the hell out of her leg.
The continental breakfast was very nice. They had lots of choices and kept refilling everything so nothing was out for too long. They also had plenty of seating, which seems to be a problem for many hotels. Definitely recommend staying here!

Lili and all the staff we encountered over the weekend were amazing, everyone was friendly and smiling, and greeted us when we walked in. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and told us breakfast times. The housekeepers are awesome, and provided the cleanest room we have EVER stayed in. This is our second stay here, and the breakfast team is always amazing, the breakfast is always on point, I appreciate the Gluten free muffins, because of my health condition. The location is great, being close to the airport, you do not hear any noise from the airport at all. We will defitely choose Best Western everytime we visit family in Tri Cities.

The hot tub and the pool wa such a nice relaxation addition to a travel with a kids we just spend all evening there since it’s cold outside! Totally recommend. The breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Couldn’t believe all that was included! It was one of the best hotel breakfasts.

We stopped by for one night passing through town and were so impressed by this hotel. The pictures don't do it justice. Truly, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The furnishings are plush and comfortable. I loved the shower! Everything is top notch at this Best Western. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is better than most BW locations we've stayed in with lots of options. After a long day of driving it's fantastic to end the day in a place like this. It's in a quiet area near the airport and priced very reasonably for the experience and comfort you receive. Great job 👏

Conveniently located by the airport (about a 2 min drive), friendly staff & clean room. They have an indoor pool & offer a free breakfast (build your own omelette, waffle maker, eggs/bacon/potatoes). I would recommend this location.

I used this hotel to pick up a new puppy, and they were wonderful. Shuttle to and from the airport, very accommodating, and so nice! Love this hotel!
