BAD no phone number

The board of health is different now it seems to me that they are very very inconsiderate. My doctor who’s located at the 8mile clinic referred me to a behavioral therapist because I asked for help. They took along time to contact me to schedule my appointment for the behavioral therapist for June 21st at 8:30am than called back June 17th to reschedule the appointment for today July 1st at 1:30pm may I remind you the automated phone system calls and remind you of your appointment. I received the reminder phone call on yesterday 06/31/2022 to confirm my 1:30 appointment. I walked into the board of health at 1:20 the lady sitting at the desk on the second floor couldn’t seem to locate me by my name are D.O.B they than asked what was the number that called I gave them the 6908889 that called to remind me. She calls around to see if I was in the correct building she reaches someone name Mohogany which is the same lady whom been in contact with me about my appointments just to tell me my appointment was at 09:30am. I tell both of them that it was at 1:30pm but if I would’ve known that they rescheduled the appointment without my knowledge I would’ve made my 09:30 appointment. I’m asking for help why would I miss an important doctors appointment that I’ve asked for well I wasn’t see. After waiting months to be seen I feel as if.. if is not one of their love ones are either them asking for help that they really don’t care about others mental as to why their asking for help. This is sad and ik nothing will be done because of the inconsideration world that we living. Just thought I should share my experience today I will never walk in the board of health for any medical needs anymore.

Typical AL government facility. Not located at the given Cox address, even though numerous signs are out on the street. Go to N Bayou street to get here. No one answers the phone; tried every extension. One hour wait upon arrival.

Nobody never answer the phone when you calling in to try to find out information before you drive all the way there but when u do go they have people sitting all at the front desk by the phones but can’t nobody answer when u trying to call up there…
