Stopped in there yesterday. My husband sent me and I had little to no clue what I needed. Every employee immediately said hello and they were all over the place finding what I needed. I showed one gentleman a picture of the issue and he took the time to put together the pipe and fittings to make sure I had everything. The cashier even wiped down a product before bagging it because it was dusty! 🤯 You certainly do not find that kind of service in big box stores! Lovely experience, will certainly be coming back!

I bought a camp in frankville all pipes frozen,was told to go to ace hardware in chatom,probably the most friendly and helpful people I have dealt with in a long time, super clean and nice store

The ladies there was very helpful matching my daughter's specific purple paint she wanted to use on her pumpkin project.

Its always a great place for anything you need. If they don't have what you need, they will look it up for you. Even give you a price and when they can have it there. They all know thier stuff there, and don't mind helping you.

Just good people work there always helping people whatever they need. If they don’t have it they will get it for you in a timely manner. Good job!!!
