I contacted them in October 2022 to install a wood stove I had already purchased. They said it would probably take four weeks to get started then a few days to do the job. It's now February 13. They've been at my house a total of three days working on this install since October. They didn't order all the parts at first and had to reorder. They say they will be at your house at 8:30 and show up at 10:30. They say they will call you with updates and let you know what's happening and they don't. They give you a date then reschedule without telling you so you are left waiting for someone to show up that has no intention of showing up. They left my stove sitting outside in the weather for two months getting rusty. They would not provide me with an itemized list of parts and labor with a breakdown of costs. When I finally had enough and told them what I really think of them and their company they get mad and refuse to finish the install. Good riddance. I can finish this myself. Avoid this company at all costs.
EDIT TO ADD After deciding to do this install myself I found out that they were planning on using flue pipe that is not approved by the stove manufacturer. According to the manufacturer the flue pipe they were about to install is a potential fire hazard with this particular model.

This is not a business... This is a joke...bn try n to call for over a week bn by several times they hve my stoves cnt gt em..if they r hvn personal problems they should at least hve someone answr phone...worst excuse for a business i hve evr cn...

Very unprofessional company to deal with. Hidden cost were not explained. We had to do most of the work for them. Very incompetent. Will never choose this company for anything else.
