I find the staff to be pleasant and welcoming. Dr Kim is very kind and professional. I could not ask for better care. He is a great listener. His office assistant is also amazing. The wait time on the phone is sometimes very lengthy but otherwise a great experience.

Dr Flowerday is the business. First doctor I've had in years that made me felt like she was fully listening to what I had to say. Shes upfront and proactive. I've never had to wait terribly long either, and the receptionists are so much fun!!

Dr. Jonathan Mou is great. He takes time to listen to your health concerns and addresses each one with professionalism and compassion. His staff is stellar as well as is the front office. My experience with Adventist Health Medical Group has always been positive.

Dr Moe is very thorough and makes you feel like you are his most important patient. My husband and I both really like him. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I like Adventist so much I go there from a couple miles west of Beaverton. This clinic is competent, professional, fast and personable. I'm very glad I found them.

Friendly and professional

Dr was very pleasant when I finally got to see her 4 hours after I got there. I think I was forgotten in the exam room. The front desk check in process is ridiculous. You should not have to go to another part of the waiting room call the extension they tell you and give your personal information out where other patients can hear you to register, then go back to the desk to check in.

Quick service and polite professional staff. The nurse had a hard time drawing blood, but she immediately stopped and called her coworker who had no problem. They had a very good "bedside" manor.

No masks set out by the front entrance for people like me who forgot one? Everyone else is doing it, you'd think a hospital could think of something like that.
