Stop here occasionally. Everyone's very helpful. Dylan and Jahan in particular are really friendly and take the time to help with anything you need.

Great plaid, They do their Best to serve people, People tend to make their Job harder tbh.

This is a nice store. You can find what you need. Not to complex. Things other stores do not have.

Great place to stop by for monster energy drinks 2 for $3 plus deposit.

They have Eggnog around Christmas time.

Good customer service last time I went here. The girl was nice and friendly.

Don't exactly go to this location often as much as I may have others, but while I did it wasn't a awful visit or shocking from the employees treatment or service that's for sure. The time I had stopped in was quite late at night but even still I had been served by a polite and respectful employee that was quick and efficient with his work ethics tho not much efforts needed I suppose when it's that late at night with very little customer flow to deal with lol.

If I could give it zero stars I would this store don’t even deserve a 1 star they’re always closed at night. The cashier named Brian sucks he’s rude and really needs to get himself a Job that’s more suitable for him. Your honesty better off going to the plaid down the st on Glisan. Also he is also very racist and just literally sucks at his job you will catch him going across the st to the bar at night and literally close the store.

I went into the store tonight and the cashier was accusing me of using blue pills. I have never used them in my life . Then he wouldn't give me my change after I bought a pop granted it was only 65 cents but that's not the point . I can't believe he just keep my money. I want my change.

Lies. The store claims to be open 24 hours which is stated on Google maps. Not true. They close every night for 5 hours. So don't even bother if it's late. Not only do they jip their employees with their pay and a benefits package, but they jip the customers too. Google has a way to update our businesses. Which makes me think that plaid pantry just lies to Google and says they're open.

And to Plaid Pantry: don't you dare respond with the same canned response like you do to the other people with the exact same complaint. Don't apologize. Fix your signs. Fix your hours in google. Or actually stay open.

Terrible service! Owner(older gentleman) gave me wrong cigarettes when clearly stated which ones I wanted, then proceeded to tell me to leave the stores when I noticed he grabbed the wrong ones and I said something. he wouldn’t ring them in correctly and seemed really shady. pretty terrible service. I’d go down the street to 7/11 if I was you

How is it I go to three different plaid pantry’s in the all says the same thing stock and clean closed for the night when it says 24 hours. All of the plaid pantry just need to be shut down at this point and they just need to put up a 7-Eleven up every where…

I'm unsure if I just catch this guy on a bad day every time or if he's just like this to everyone but the new "tall guy" who works at this location is extremely rude. I attempted to purchase an item with a digital coupons which he then said they didn't do, so I stated that "I thought I had done so before, but ok." Thinking it would end there since I'm not much for arguin, especially over coupons. But no, he proceeded to tell me he had worked at plaid pantry for 4 years, was a manager and then shoved his box of coupons in front of me to sift through them to "find what he was doing wrong". I did not want to do such things, and I was finished at that point, just wanting my purchase. I bought my stuff and said had a nice day. I don't think I'll be going back. Which is a shame because I've been going to this plaid for a few years now and everyone else, including the actual manager were always extremely polite to me. Shame.

I went there twice and I don't plan to return. The girl who works at the counter was very rude. She does not say "Hello" or "Welcome". I think she hates her job and/or serving customers. I rather drive to a 7/11 than to walk across the street to get my snacks. Too bad customer service is not the way it used to be...
