Ive been attending this gym for over 8 years,, throught the location, manager changes,, I've continued to remain loyal...I Absolutely love the equipment, the size and easy access (24 hours)... gym is always pretty clean and neat...

I absolutely love this gym. 24/7 access. They are introducing more fitness classes throughout the week. The trainers are knowledgeable and have good energy. Patrons get along well. If you there to pump iron, then do it. We have had no problems with billing or the vibe of this gym. Can't beat the accessibility and the price for what you get.

They had a good offer of 18montjs for $200. They have a sauna in the back along with a massage table. I love the fact that it is open 24/7. I like to go when there aren't many people. Workers are very friendly and knowledgeable

Free weights, resistance machines, and several different classes are available to take advantage of. Personal Training is also available at a very low monthly cost for those that need a boost, and/or guidance in working out. With 24 hour controlled access, all that is missing is U.

There are so many mega gyms around these days, but sometimes all that's needed is an old school workout facility. Was in town visiting family and needed a place to work off holiday meal and this place was perfect. Friendly staff, good equipment and it has a family feel to it where everyone talks to you. Rarely get that in mega. Worth a visit if you enjoy that kind of ambience.

Looks small, but it has all the weights and machines needed to get a good workout in. Staff members here are very helpful and it is kept very clean and maintained. They also offer workout classes here for those who enjoy that.
