Zion Roof Repair, LLC

This is a follow up to my previous review. The first repair they made did not fix the problem. They came out again, did not charge me, and even got on the roof with a hose to make sure we found where the problem really was. They fixed it again, and this time, several storms later our kitchen is still dry, and I am SOOO grateful. I really appreciate the integrity shown by this company. They are great to work with, they stand by their work, and I highly recommend.

We have had two different roofers come to repair our roof prior to engaging Zion Roof Repair, and my husband has tried to do it himself repeatedly. Because of the infrequent rain, it always takes about a year for us to test whether it worked, and for about six years nothing has. It rained shortly after Zion Roof Repair came, and things look dry so far. What they did was a little more expensive than the others we have paid, but they were SOOO much more professional. They answered the phone or called right back. They came out very quickly to assess, and within a couple days to repair. The repair was much more thorough than anything we have had done, and I have a much higher confidence level that this is the fix that did it. Thank you! We highly recommend their competent and professional services if you want the job done right.

We had tiles out of place on our roof. Sheldon was in the area and swung by to take care of our roof. Turned out damage was from a wind vacuum. If we need anything else done with our roof we will call Sheldon. Thank You for giving us back peace of mind!

Zion Roof Repairs fixed a bad leak in our roof that had supposedly been repaired twice previously by other roofers. Zion Roof Repairs was not content with just a quick patch job like we'd had before. He removed the previous worthless patches, and searched for the real problem, which he found outside the previous patch area. He has obviously had lots of experience with solving and correcting leak problems that happen as homes age.
It's nice to have someone willing to make the effort to really find the problem, explain his findings to us, and then guarantee his work with a follow-up call. Great quality service on our repairs. Thanks!

Sheldon responded within minutes to my request to look at a leaky roof. This was a day after a very heavy rainstorm which likely caused many leaky roofs and many requests like mine.
His visit to check things out was the same day, within a couple of hours of our phone conversation. He then clearly explained what the issue was and even fixed what ended up being a minor issue for free.
He is clearly interested in providing excellent service to his potential and existing clients. Thanks, Sheldon!

Sheldon at Zion replaced our cabin roof at Duck Creek. He did a great job at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.

Honest, reasonable, and hard working. He's not going to sell you something you don't need. Nobody wants to replace a roof that doesn't need replacing.
