Sears Hometown Store

I was supposed to pick up an online order for a washer/dryer combo from here. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the order. Beth went out of her way to cancel the order for me when I couldn't get ahold of someone on the phone. Excellent customer service!

I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Had a problem with my delivery schedule but they were very aware of it and were very helpful. Customer service is above any of the big name stores. Good selection of brand name appliances and knowledgeable staff. Just good people selling quality products.

They closed down. We will miss them. We bought a new Stainless Steel Bed and an elevated bed from them.

Purchased a refrigerator and had it delivered. The delivery men were prompt and professional. So careful not to damage my Sheetrock. Had a problem which was immediately corrected with one phone call to the store. I will never buy appliances anywhere else.

This store worked hard to find and deliver/install the appliances we needed on the same day. Outstanding effort and service when Lowes and Best Buy failed miserably to fulfill their promises. The (owner) Barbara and (salesperson) Bev were truly responsive to our circumstances . Thank you also to our acceptional delivery team.

Excellent customer service. David and Tammy went out of their way to make sure that I had what I needed. They were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely return for future appliance purchases.

There are 3 salesman. Make sure Beverly is the one that takes care of you. She is excellent. I would not be surprised that all the negative stars are due to the poor customer service offered by the two gentlemen. I was not impressed with them.

We bought our washer/dryer a couple of years ago from them and have loved it. We had an issue with our washer leaking and called another local repair service who came out and charged us $140 to look around and say they couldn’t fix it. We called Sears Hometown Repair in Foley and they quickly sent out Daniel who opened the washing machine and said it was a simple fix with the hose!! I told him about the other repair company and he was gracious enough to track down the part we needed and come out the following day and fix it!!! He only charged us $100 for the part AND labor for both days!!! Can’t brag on him enough as well as this store. They are honest, efficient and very professional. Thank y’all again!

The owner, David wanted to make sure I was completely happy with my riding lawnmower purchase. He went above and beyond to work with me when I was having what was apparently a minor problem a little over a month later. Thanks for being upstanding business owners.

Tammy and Dave are very helpful and knowledgeable! Delivering our new refrigerator tomorrow! We shopped their store, Home Depot and Loews and found the Kenmore to be the best value for our needs.

This is a locally owned store and it shows! The manager is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Check out this place before wasting your time at one of the other big chains. You will be glad you did!!
