Top shelf! From the cleanliness of the store to the engaged and friendly employees, this Lowe’s is doing it right! Grabbed several things here while in South Alabama. A friendly employee directed me to the oven thermometers even though the Lowe’s app showed them not having any in stock. Very grateful for the tip and the direction for how to find my stuff.

Good place found and electric tiller for a project. Bathroom available large garden section. Love their garden selection.

I love Lowe’s. I could spend all day there. The prices and selection are the best! I love the flowers on clearance. I get them cheap and I save them. I’ve gotten nice bushes and small trees too. I would recommend Lowe’s to anyone who likes to do improvements themselves. The people are always so helpful and if they don’t know they find out for you!

Trisha, your Store manager, is a rockstar! She was doing the job of three employees tonight. And doing an incredible job. She deserves lots of recognition for her hard work and commitment to fabulous customer service at Lowe’s! thank you Trisha for helping me out with my appliance package. I know you were stretched thin. However, you made me feel like I was your only customer.

Typical Lowes but after 5:00 pm that have only self services check out or you have to go to customer care to check out. I hate self check out and wish they care more about customer service and assistance

Great staff in the hardware section. I needed help finding the correct size nuts for a project. Within 2 min the employee found the size and the pack of 10 nuts that I needed. Then we went to gardening and got some new plants and pots and potting soil.

I am a faithful Lowe's shopper and I am never disappointed. The employees are always there to help me find exactly what I need no matter how I describe it. They are very patient and kind in every department!

Store was clean, employees worked together to help us find everything we needed, check out was fast and easy.

Looking for a gas stove. The sales lady found me a nice one at Mobile Lowes. On my way to get it! Looked in Home Depot too. Much higher prices and less inventory. Lowes rocks!

So far best prices on Christmas decor. Went in to look at flooring and came out with $300+ in Christmas Village decor.

I needed some wood measured and cut and they did a great job of helping me find what I needed and get it cut for me. Very easy process.

Found everything I was looking for to get some yard work done! Backyard looks great, Now all the brush is gone. Thanks to my brother!!

Went in to buy a new refrigerator after having left Home Depot in Foley, AL because of bad service, salesman at Lowe's was cordial, he was knowledgeable about the brand & model I wanted, we found it in stock & I was out within 45 minutes from time I walked in. Of course I had already done my homework & research so I knew what I wanted when I went in the door. Must say ppl at Lowe's were twice as cordial as Home Depot where I had left in a Huff due to salesperson's attitude.

This is my favorite Lowe's Store! The cashiers are always so friendly and they are very professional. It's a busy store, but someone always helps me with my questions, especially in electrical.

I'm pretty much finding everything you need here from garden tools.

Karleigh in the flooring department was amazing from start to end. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in assuring I was happy with the flooring from shelf to installation. The guys did a great job installing floor, cleaning up behind themselves to add the final touch. I'm happy I chose Lowes!!
