Tellus Self Storage - Grayson Valley

I was a customer here for 6 years and it has been a great experience. Never had an issue, was always able to access my unit and the company was very communicative. The online payment portal was easy to use and my payment was always posted immediately.
Manager was very responsive the one or two times I did reach out. Paula was very personable and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend for any of your storage needs.

We have had a unit for over 10 years. Units are clean and price is reasonable. Just added a 2nd unit for temporary storage, Paula is the best, always friendly and helpful

My storage unit rental experience is a very satisfactory one! The unit was clean, secure, and the perfect size for all my storage items. Carts were always available when I needed them. I was also very impressed with and especially thankful for Tellus Grayson Mgr. Paula Hilley who was professional, courteous, and always very helpful to me regarding any questions or concerns about my storage experience. I highly recommend Tellus Grayson!

Loved renting a unit from this facility. Ms. Paula is super kind and helpful when picking out a unit and when moving out. She has been very accommodating to our move out schedule. Online monthly payments are easy to make. Will definitely be renting a unit from here again in the future!

Paula Hilley (the manager) is wonderful. She is always so sweet and helpful. We've had a unit (sometimes more than 1!) there for years and she is the BEST manager they've ever had. My Husband and I have enjoyed the convenience and accessibility of this facility. We also feel better about it being climate controlled so that cuts the worry factor as well. We highly recommend! :)

We had a complicated and difficult cross country move, and without the help of Paula, the manager, we could not have made the move. She went out of her way to help us move into Grayson Valley Store All. She made follow up calls to us before we moved and after to ensure all details were understood. Even as our moving plans changed several times, she was flexible and accommodating. The facility was clean, well lit well maintained, and secure. Paula is an asset to Grayson Valley Store All. In today's environment it is rare to find a person who is dedicated to her job and treats the customer with respect. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know who needs storage accommodations.

Paula at Tellus Storage was ALWAYS a pleasure to speak with! She was professional, showed concern for my situation and took her job seriously! We've have our items in storage for over one year and have not experienced one issue at all. No rodents, smells or anything. The facilities are always clean. The front desk staff was very personable and professional. I would​ definitely use this company again.

Stressful move from Tennessee made much easier by the manager Paula. She knows how to treat people giving some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Thinking about leaving your valuables in a storage unit can raise some concerns, insects, water damage, and a host of other things. Paula and this facility was truly a godsend for us. Very clean, affordable, 24 hour locked facility. Carts to help move boxes and large items, and to top it off they give you the moving truck for free to move in. Don’t look anywhere else. This is your storage.

Good experience renting here. I use storage with my job and this facility has great prices for all their units as well as very helpful and attentive management. They are always there to solve any issues and seem to try harder than others to maintain a good relationship with their customers. For anyone who needs to rent a space, especially for use with a business, I definitely recommend them.

Great facility. Very clean and well maintained. Ms. Paula was amazing. Any issues or concerns that may have arised were handled propmtly and with the utmost professionalism. I moved all of my belongings out of my units and forgot to close out my account. When Infinally remembered to do so, I called Ms. Paula and she informed me that she had already closed it out for me and prevented any extra charges. I highly recommend this space.

This place is clean and very friendly. They were very accommodating and were willing to work with me any way they could. Paula in the office was especially nice. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This is an outstanding storage facility. The manager, Paula Hilley, is friendly and eager to help with any problems or needs you have. Easy in and out and parking is well laid out. Definitely recommend for a great storage experience.
