Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I frequent this location due to the proximity to my residence. I've recently seen improvements in customer service and food quality. The young population working the drive up windows have been very pleasant and quick! Not rushed - just very efficient. I'm a Blizzard customer and they're actually mixed now. Before I'd experience the flavor on the bottom or at the top 1/3. That's not the case now. The meals I get are hot and plentiful!! Please don't change your staffing structure at the Mt Zion location. You've created an excellent quality of personnel.

I visited this store a little after closing on 06/08/17 and even though they were ready to leave, the gentleman at the window still took my order. I had to wait a bit but the food was fresh. I can't remember the managers name but he was exceptionally patient, kind and understanding! I had 2 hungry kids with me and they had their hearts set on DQ! I just want to say THANK YOU!

They mixed up my ranch and my ice cream. I put the straw in and it was just ranch. Although I was shocked at first, I started to like it. The ranch was so good, having COVID didn't stop me from trying to taste it. I still have the two ounces of ice cream in my fridge.

Breakfast platter is my fav.
It is the best in town for the price food is always hot and tasty with hash brown sq.bacon is great

Got ice cream cup cakes (no cake in them) they just look like cup cakes. Got them for my sons 44th birthday..Great they were.!!

Well what can I say dairy Queen is one of my faves. If you like soft serve ice cream this is your place. This particular store is the nicest I've been to. Somebody dumped a few bucks into this place and it is very hospitable!

Got the new Heath Carmel Brownie Cupfection and it was delicious 😋. Has the competitor beat. It was chalk full of goodness!

Had the $6 meal with chicken strips, fries, a drink, a sundae and gravy. All good. I sat outside in their patio area. So nice with flowers blooming and I was alone for quite some time.

Best ice-cream around. The kids love their blizzards and sundaes.

Super nice people, delicious food, and didn't put any onions on my burger (like I asked). Food was hot and fresh, was in and out quickly. I will definitely come back again! I won't be going back to that McDonald's a block to the East though! That place is the worst eatery in all of Decatur. Dairy Queen os the MUCH better alternative. If you were looking/thinking about that McDonald's right across the way, forgetaboutit! Dairy Queen will take care of you, and you'll be glad you made the right choice!

The staff were polite and courteous. They assisted me with my order while I sat down in the dining room. The food was cooked to order and it was good.

Went for ice cream with my granddaughter after school, place was pretty much vacant but it was 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Nice friendly wait staff and clean.

Naomi was wonderful we had some issues with our last visit and she made everything right! This visit we only delt with her and this visit was fantastic we need more people like her keep up the great work!

We had a really nice lunch. It's been a long time since we've eaten at DQ. Daddy and I enjoyed lunch and the food was good and a sundae to top it off.

Another lovely visit. Close to home, beautiful flowers, clean & the employees are all friendly. Hayleigh Lutz is a fast worker &seems like she does anything & everything with ease & oh so friendly with a pretty smile for everyone. Will hate to see thr day come whem she no longer is there. Hang on to her!

What can you say other than great ice cream.

Great food, service, atmosphere.

Breakfast was excellent. Service was fast and friendly. Dining area neat and clean.

Love eating at Dairy Queen. They have an I spend you to choose from. Drive up was fast and easy.
