The Home Depot

The Home Depot has lots of tools, paints, lights, plants, and everything for building the house and maintaining. They have seasonal decor, Christmas lights, etc.

Great home improvement store! I work in our family construction business and go here all the time, and let me say, it's better than Lowes! The shelf are well stocked and organized, the employees are very helpful and friendly, and when you need something, they get it done! If you need a pallet down from top-stock, no problem! They'll get it done in minutes, not hours (like at Lowes 🙄)! The perks are great if you spend a lot (which we do!), and easy to use. Even if you don't get to use them, you can view all of your Home Depot receipts from your phone, anytime, anywhere! Their deals are also pretty good, especially around holidays. Great place and good prices!

I buy a lot of materials here. The point system works well if you watch your store card balance and keep it paid up. The perks are very useful once you get the hang of it. I know several of the employees here. Their knowledgable, helpful and pleasant. What more could you want?

Just wanted to say that manager Alonzo is the nicest most helpful manager. We have been to several home depots and he is the best. Any problems just ask for Alonzo.

Nice people, big store, and found everything I needed.

Shopped Home Depot in Foley, Al. I visited the store about 5:30 pm; good time to shop. Less crowded, and I even found someone to help me out. The Gentleman, a senior, was very kind and knowledgeable about my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
I also needed a change of address and went to the customer service counter.
At the counter, I was taken care of by Toni. Toni handled my request with easy and very quickly. She called the home office HD service center, and my request was handled quickly, and effeciently.
I was very pleased with my service request?
Update 11/1/22
Home Depot has moved the old familiar items, equipment, merchandise to new locations. Now I have to ask where the are things I was use to look for, to new locations.
That's ok, and not a bad thing, because on my 2nd visit, I knew where to go to locate. I must say the displayed materials are much more attractively displayed.
Sometimes you have to look for the friendly helpful person, but usually they are not hard to find.
Today however, was a challenge, because not only are the looked for items placed in a different location, self checkout has changed the computers to a different screen display, and being above the age of 50; I had to seek help in checking out. There was only 1 person assigned running back and forth answering questions, and having to reset and assist us folks with the NEW computer checkout screen. Boy Howdy took me much longer to find the right keys.
As time goes by, the process should improve, but for now be ready to ask for help!
Update 5/23/2023
I needed some garden soil and some treatment products to keep cats, squirrels, and those pesky moles from dancing on my flower beds. I found most of my stuff but needed assistance with the best animal and rodent treatment stuff. I didn't want something to injure the little fellers, just look for another yard to mess up. The employee responded, right away, and helped me find the right stuff, with good advice as to how to administer the product to my yard.
Checkout was easy, and I got $10 bucks off my purchase of the stuff. Good visit.

Somehow it feels like this particular store is bigger than most. The layout is a little different but it is still easy to find what you need as long as you have the home Depot app

Thanks Foley Home Depot! You have made it easy to order and pick up. Your customer service is very helpful. Love the pink and purple Dianthus. I'm trying to prepare for the Monarchs. They lay their eggs on Milkweed , but they love to sip on the nector of flowers. ...I also enjoy my red Geraniums

Greg in the flooring department is the most helpful person I have met yet !!! Approached us as soon as we entered his assigned section and made sure we had everything we needed and knew exactly where it was. Very professional and passionate about his job. Thank you Greg. Great service, good prices and friendly partners. Rented the van from them to haul lumber I bought, cost 22.00 for 70 minutes, just perfect for what I needed. Almost every staff partner that walked by ask if I needed help. It’s my new go to hardware store! Thanks Foley Alabama Home Depot!
