Aspen Dental

I was a first-time patient today. I had a great experience! They were very thorough. The dental assistant who did my X-rays was very nice and she was very considerate of my comfort level with the various tools needed for pictures. I loved the dental hygienist and the ladies who helped me at the front desk! I am actually excited to see all the staff again for my next appointments!

My experience @ Aspen dental in Forsyth Illinois was awesome. The employees there are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable in their various positions. They are very detailed, which means... each step of your service is broken into a one on one with a specialist for that service, from the front desk, X-ray tech, hygienist, dentist, and financial advisor... I was pleasantly surprised and quite comfortable with their processing procedure.. my entire visited lasted about 1 hour and 50 minutes, with no wait time involved... I was consistently engaged in moving on to the next step.. I would definitely recommend Aspen as the place to go for dental needs ..

What a pleasant experience!! Everyone was kind did their best to put me at ease. Dr. Vohr is amazing. She was very patient with me and always made sure I understood the treatment plan.
Also the office is extremely clean, organized and they don't open the sterilization bags aren't opened until they're ready

So far, my experience has been superb. They're very thorough. The tech I had today was phenomenal honestly. They want to actually see their patients healthy and happy... they're probably just as excited to see you smile for the first time in years as you will be. Facility was very clean, and all staff was friendly and engaging.

Lost my dentures that someone else did very poorly. Aspen really took the time to get it right. I'm very impressed with them. Every employee I came across was wonderful! They just gained me as a new patient.

Everyone was super nice and friendly. They talked me through my treatment and the plan. The dentist was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me with payment options too.

I was nervous and embarrassed about going to get checked out to fix my smile but Jessica was the absolute only reason I decided to go with Aspen Dental. She put me at ease about coming in and assured me that the doctor and staff were friendly and did not judge or blame but only were there to help fix. The entire staff was very friendly and the doctor was thorough with telling me the process of what would happen. Anything I didn't understand Jessica was right there to explain in a way that made me feel better about the process and my decision. Also Tammy the office manager helped me with all my questions about the financial part of it. I was worried even with insurance that I would not be able to afford going with Aspen but she again put me at ease with all my options and the personal touch of letting me she was there for me with any questions I had or help I needed to get the process started, paid, and done with. The Forsyth IL location is truly a place of amazing personnel and that personal touch that makes the patient feel better about the whole visit. Thank you to the entire staff, you are all amazing

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. Scheduling the appointment was simple, and I appreciated the consistent communication leading up to the appointment. Upon arriving, the check in process was easy and I was impressed with how clean the facility was. My hygienist, Julia Galt, was very kind, thorough, and informative, and she made me feel very comfortable while I was there! I appreciated that I was able to review an itemized bill before payment. By the time I left I had no questions about the care I received and my next steps. I would highly recommend Aspen dental in Forsyth.

From the moment I walked into Aspen Dental I knew I had made the right choice. The entire staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. They listened to my problem and they were very quick to help find the cause of my problem and plan a way to fix the problem. I recommend them to anyone who is having any dental issues.

My 1st visit at Aspen Dental was impressive. The staff was friendly and professional. The exam was thorough. Everyone explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. The images of my teeth were helpful as the hygienist and dentist explained what needed to be done. I am looking forward to working with them on my treatment plan

Kind of felt like I was sitting through a timeshare tbh. They are kind of pushy on trying to to get more done than. You can afford at the moment. I’m giving five stars because even though I told the I’m only wanted two of the six teeth pulled and the were pushing for me to get all six pulled today they were fast at getting me in and affordable. I unfortunately couldn’t understand anything the doctor said because I have a very hard time hearing but she seems friendly enough. Everyone was polite. The only issue I had was with talking about billing at the front desk. They were polite just not really understanding that I know what I wanted them to do and plan on getting what needs to be done and not what they kept trying to shove at me. All in all unfortunately this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to they definitely give you first class treatment!
