I was in Vonmaur’s yesterday 8-24-23 and had a wonderful experience. It stated out in customer service. The gal that was working I think her name was Ashley was so kind and gave great service. I was sitting waiting for my present to be wrapped and she was the only one working and she kept apologizing for it taking longer than expected because she kept getting interrupted. I told her it was totally fine but she was so worried that I would get mad for it taking so long so I told her it’s totally fine and that there is only 1 of her. Needless to say she did an amazing job at wrapping my presents. The whole store is a very beautiful pl s to shop. I don’t get out to Decatur much but I will be back especially for the FREE wrapping services they provide. Everyone needs to go see her for her wrapping presents needs.

Best high dollar store in a Decatur! The staff are all nice and helpful and the girl in customer service I think her name was Ashly was by herself today 5-17-23 and she still managed to get my things wrapped in a reasonably fast amount of time She polighty told me it might be a few minutes cause she was the only one working. all while the phone was ringing and people coming up. My packages never looked so better before and I love that they have free wrapping. Downside is not allot of choices but it’s still free. Linda in alterations is also very good at doing alterations and she’s super nice and patient with her clients. I Also shopped the clearance racks and scored me some great deals. Very satisfied shopper that will be back. Couldn’t ask for a better store. All of the staff there is so nice and friendly

Beautiful and clean store. Displays are very attractive and most of the merchandise is of great quality. The sales associates are helpful without being pushy. Free shipping and wrapping and they will call other stores to find your size if they do not have it. Interest free charge accounts! I'm addicted. My monthly bill attests to that. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Dorian showed me everything I'll need for my Christmas Shopping this season and then some! They were so kind and helpful, professional yet with the enthusiasm of a Child at Christmas, excited for the perfection of the offerings that met my needs ~ Reminds me of what service used to be, Bravo!

I didn't know how much I've missed the in-store experience they offer, it's still my one stop shop favorite! Look out Amazon, moving about has never felt better!

Absolutely my Favorite Store at Hickory Point Mall

Lovely, well lit, organized, well stocked upscale store amidst the bean fields. A gem in central Illinois. Super helpful and kind staff as well. It took a little while but they boxed and wrapped all my purchases. Complimentary as well. I tried to tip them but they assured me they couldn't accept it. That's too bad but it's also appreciated.

Great place to shop for dresses.

Very nice. Beautiful decorations. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The bathrooms are very, very clean. The merchandise is pretty expensive but definitely worth it, but if price is an issue, there is always a clearance rack to look through. The music is calming and there is a sitting area on the middle of the store next to a grand piano. The women's bathroom has a nursing area for breastfeeding mothers.

Wonderful! As always. A couple employees in the children's section helped carry my 88 year old mother's bags to the car, and they're literally the only store I know of that will mail out gifts and give their customers nice boxes and tissue paper free of charge. That's a rarity in this day & age!

Staff is super helpful. some really cute items. It's pricey but really who is surprised everything was beautiful and clean and it made me happy

I knew I would forget her name! Natia in the handbags are was amazing! I hit up the shoe department but to no avail.

This store is neatly put together and employees are welcoming.
