Needed help with finding the right connector for my shower and a man getting off work decided to help us before he left. And since he opened the PKG to see if it fit the part he marked it down! I always get great service at Lowe's.
Also found great deals on to and paper towels on the way to ck out! Win win!

Great, wide selection of home products, from appliances, lawn mowers, lawn and garden, paints, tools, lighting, flooring and much, much more. Polite, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Conveniently located just off the highway and near the Interstate. Full service home improvement store.

I went in to get heat tape and Mr. Cobb helped me out and found the right size for my house as well as found some tape that hold it in place. He was awesome

My husband and I have been to this store several times since relocating here recently. Each time, we were provided excellent service; Rod has been invaluable to us on several occasions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products we sought and diligently helped us find what we needed. I wish service like this was available everywhere, but am deeply grateful that we can count on Rod and other customer service staff whenever we go to Lowe's.

Went to Forsyth Lowe’s to get some exterior paint for our house. We were hoping to match the original paint color from Olympic Paint Company who is no longer in business. We were fortunate enough to find Angie in the paint department. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and funny! She matched the paint perfectly including the porch paint we needed from another company. If you ever need paint and appreciate great service, ask for Angie!!

We went to Lowe’s and were offered help several times! However, one employee went above and beyond to help us! His name was David and we surely appreciated his expertise and help on this trip! He is an asset!!

We went to the Decatur Illinois Lowe’s store. looking for weedeaters and blowers and trimmers. Destiny came over to help us. She was one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met at Lowe’s probably more knowledgeable than some of the management at the stores. Any question we asked she knew answer to immediately! She was very sweet and would take the time to answer any questions. She would get a 10+ From my husband and I! Great job destiny! Keep up the great work!

Always enjoy going to Lowe's always find what I need and always things to browse through and especially now I'm switching all tools over to kobalt Lowe's is my happy place. Also has some very helpful and friendly employees.

Chaz was very helpful with our purchase of washer. He was overseeing 6 departments at once while having to deal with computer issues and was pleasant to work with the entire time.

We were able to take a washer and dryer come for a great price. Rick was fast at checkout and in bringing our appliances to our vehicle. He even helped us load them. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.

The staff are very helpful. They have staff working in areas they are strong in to better assist with your projects. We went for paint and it took about an hour going over kinds of primer to use on wood, interior and exterior painting. We would have had some bad painting without the right tools and primer. We were not sure if we wanted spray paint or roll paint so there were pros and cons, but it did help us make decisions and we did leave with the primers we needed and our exterior color. We are always very happy when leaving the store for the past 3 years we have lived in the area.

Went in to purchase a battery operated lawn mower, they didn't have the one I wanted on the shelf but had them in the back. Seamless transaction even offered help to load it in my truck

Stephanie went above and beyond last night! Came in to buy supplies for our daughters bedroom walls and she walked us to every single aisle to show us what we needed and explained the different tools we could use. With me being almost 8 months pregnant I really appreciated her so we didn't have to walk around the entire store looking for each item. She definitely knows her stuff and what customer service truly means. Ty Stephanie!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful to. I was looking for something for my bathroom to level out the floor. Two people took me over to the area and showed me the right stuff. The cashier was also very sweet 🤩. Thanks for all the help!

Last time i came was horrible. But there was an older woman who helped us this time, she was super sweet and understanding. Got the big door open for me and gave me a place to sit because i was waiting for my father to bring the trailer up. Loved her

A few years ago I switched from buying at Menards & started shopping at Lowes. Lowe's always has everything I need in stock. The employees have all been helpful & friendly. The store is clean & comfortable.
