Holiday Inn Express & Suites Birmingham NE - Trussville, an IHG Hotel

Stayed 1 night, the desk clerk, Kristen, was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, soft bed nice clean sheets, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from with sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits along with pancakes, cereal, pastries, juices, coffees. A little more than other hotels but we will stay here again. We were near the interstate and had some noise until around 9. Parking lot was a little small, lots of cars.

I had a great stay here as the staff are very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable! The free breakfast was really good and filling! Not much I can complain about this hotel! I recommend staying if you’re willing to stay right outside of Birmingham!

We had a wonderful stay here. Very friendly service, extremely comfortable beds with nice clean room and a delicious breakfast. They even had some good hot coffee in the evening to enjoy. Highly recommend staying here!

Only had the pleasure of spending one night here, but I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and, in my opinion, pretty nice. Breakfast was not bad, but typical hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, etc. Jennifer at the front desk was excellent! Aside from being very personable and friendly, she also made check-in a breeze. I'll likely revisit this place on my return trips to the area.

Stayed here for my nieces 1st birthday party this weekend. Everyone was nice. Breakfast was good. Was easy to maneuver my son's stroller when walking to/from the room.

Comfy and cozy room. Breakfast was decent. The desk staff that evening checked us in just fine, and upon check out we were greeted and thanked for staying and wished a safe trip.

We had a really nice stay. The staff is very nice, the rooms are kept clean, and the hotel itself is quiet and cozy. The breakfast was literally the best I have ever had from any hotel I have stayed at. They serve pretty much everything that you can think of for breakfast. The night shift was great but the day shift was my favorite. They were super friendly and upbeat.

Lovely rooms and nice breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. I loved that they had an on location laundromat because I had to wash my clothes after staying with friends who smoked. I'm sensitive to a lot of things and the hotel was a nice reprieve where I felt safe.

Super convenient location, rooms were clean. Check in was easy and quick. With 2 tired adults and kids that was a relief! Breakfast was good what was even better was the lady who set up breakfast, we did not get to catch her name, but she was very considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. If we stop in the area again, this hotel will be our first choice.

Book ahead because it often has no vacancies on day of ; because of the traffic off Interstate 59. An uncommonly GREAT Holiday Inn!!!

Very nice hotel! Rooms are very clean and tidy. This is a fairly new building, so everything is updated as far as fixtures and stuff. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had a 2 rm suite and it was very spacious and very reasonably priced! We were very happy with our stay. The breakfast was awesome as well. They have everything you may want and probably stuff that you don't. Fresh juices and milk, bagels, egg white omelettes, pancakes, cinnamon rolls.... I mean everything! Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling on interstate 59,located only one half block from the on ramp.

Very nice friendly quiet enjoy my stay with the family

Clean. My pillow wasn't very comfortable but hotel pillslows rarely are for me. They had a hot breakfast bar with bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, Cinnamon rolls. It was pretty good compared to other places I've stayed in the past.

Our visit here very clean and well kelp. Breakfast was OK but nothing great. We'll stay there again.

Very good hotel. We have stayed here often and it has always been a good experience. Staff is very friendly and helped me send an urgent fax. The room is spacious and the hot breakfast is good. Would recommend this hotel for family travels or business.

Fantastic hotel. Super clean comfortable rooms. Great bathroom with significant water pressure and very hot water. Impressive hot free breakfast. Very friendly front desk personnel. Our family will be sure to look into Holiday Inn Express again!

Their service was awesome I chose to stay there when there was a flood in my home, I had my choice & I chose them, because I had stayed at one of their facilities in AL. In fact, I have a funeral this week & I will stay at another location, they actually have a bereavement discount! How many hotels are known to extend that service, not only that they asked me to make sure any family member or guest knew they could stay there and get the bereavement discount . It saved me approximately $10 on Priceline! That may not sound like much but think about it all prices are going up with COVID & skeleton crews, no raises. They also do not raise their price $40 for accessibility needs. The ADA should (WILL) be notified regarding hotels or anyone else who does something like that. Pathetic, think about our veterans - if not the rest of us.
