Absolutely the best customer service ever. Jeff, the general manager, guided us through purchasing and delivering a hot tub over an hour and a half way. We did everything over the telephone including selecting a safety bar for the steps, chemicals, and a cradle for the cover. None of this would have been possible without his assistance. The delivery guys were awesome and very conscientious. Within a short time, they had everything set up, installed, the pool filled and heating. We highly recommended Ideal Pool & Spa in Beckley!

This place is great. They took their time helping us select the correct jacuzzi for our family!! After delivery and setup they made sure we knew proper maintenance and operation of the tub. To say we are extremely happy with the service we received is an understatement definitely a 5 star company.

The gentlemen who came to set up our new hot tub were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was set up and in order and answered all our questions before they left us. The entire process has been a pleasure and we look forward to many years enjoying our new hot tub.

I had my pool liner replaced by Teddy Stover. He did such a wonderful job installing the new liner. I am beyond satisfied.

Purchased a new hot tub and Mike and Billy came out to install a cover lift. In addition to doing this they also checked all the connections as well as filled the tub, turned it on, tested the water and sent me the paperwork for adding chemicals. They went above and beyond what I expected and thus my 5 star review!

The employees are friendly and professional. After dealing with another company for 3 months in an effort to relocate a spa, they canceled and we went with Ideal. Within a week, the spa was moved for a better price and, again, with more professionalism. Ideal will be the only vendor servicing our spa!!!

I have been a customer for over ten years now and have always been pleased with the service and availability in the store. We bought our above ground pool here and recently had a replacement liner installed and the guys did an awesome job of leveling the sand, installing the Armor Shield, and installing the liner. I had DIY’d in the past but it was definitely worth the cost to have such a professional installation!

Everything was great! Delivery guys were so helpful knowledgeable. Tried tub the next night & it was perfect! So glad we got the movable handrail, it really helped older bodies getting in & out. Highly recommend Ideal for their products & services!

I was very please with the installation of my hot tub. The service providers were patient, kind and knowledgable.

Very pleased with the work done by Lacy to get our Hot Tub back up and running after being down for a long time. Initially he gave great advice over the phone on how to properly winterize the unit while we were waiting on parts to come in (it’s an older Tiger Spa). Once parts were received, he arrived on a very cold day and worked through the afternoon until it was fixed. Spa mechanics with the proper amount of knowledge for making repairs are sparse in my area and I am glad Lacy was willing to take on my Hot Tub.

I was in the middle of putting up a pool and needed a new liner. With only having a couple days off to get it replaced and together I needed the liner asap. I messaged Ideal and not only did they come in on a Sunday but a holiday weekend just to allow me to buy a new liner. I recommend this company not only for the quality of the product but for them being so personable and helpful. The gentleman who helped my wife was patient with all the questions and was very much appreciated.
