From entering the service department to leaving the experience was terrific. They evaluated the cause of my cars problem quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. A part needed to be ordered, they ordered it and we made arrangements for it to be installed when it comes in. We travel a lot and they are working around our schedule to complete the work. And they did it all for a fair price.

ERIC is the best! Made sure we were set in our new purchase before we drove off the lot! Made sure we knew he would be there for us any time even if we had a question or told us come by for him to explain anything we did not understand or if any problems came up. Service manager Jay Forsythe does an excellent job. I needed a water pump and took my car in that morning and he had it taken care of by afternoon. He and vic are always so nice and take care of all my car needs. I certainly recommend the service department to everyone. Tim brown the shuttle driver is so nice and made my day very enjoyable.

Jay in the service department has been trying to get my truck braking vibration issue resolved for several months. Last week on Thursday, he took another look at it and found the rear brake drum out of round and fixed them. This resolved almost all the vibration issues. He knew how much time and trouble this has been, and did not charge me for that brake drum service. Great Christmas spirit, and very kind gesture. I think Jay went above and beyond with this service call.
