Bolt, LLC (Chauffeur Transportation)

Outside of a great transportation service experience. Bolt Transportation was probably the best customer service experience I've had. Not only do I recommend. I will advocate on their behalf, and will be using them again.

Shawn Attison was our driver last night and she was AMAZING! We were celebrating a birthday and the vehicle was decorated and had a TV inside that showed what song was playing and she had a playlist ready just for us. The ride was very smooth and she was not only on time but early and very flexible with any changes we needed. Shawn would open and close the doors for us and help everyone in and out of the vehicle. She was so nice! Bolt Transportation is definitely the way to go if you want someone that is friendly and can get you to where you need to go when you need to get there. Very reliable, very pleased with the whole experience. DEFINITELY WILL USE AGAIN!!!

We used Bolt Transportation for a 50th birthday party. Upon arrival Shawn, our driver, had decorated the vehicle and had 80's music playing. It was totally unexpected and awesome. To take the time and effort without being asked was a great surprise and made it special and more personal.
Shawnn arrived early and gave us a smooth and comfortable ride to and from the restaurant. I highly recommend Bolt Transportation and will use them agian.
