The service was excellent. Kind, courteous, great with animals, Kevin explained every step as he was doing it. I always knew what was going on, where he was, and what the next steps were.

The cleanup was fast and thorough. Major repairs completed in a day with only the smallest necessary damage to drywall for access to our leaking pipe.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Jim Wagner plumbing to anybody.

Our sump pump failed and water was pouring into the basement. I reached out Jim Wagner Plumbing for Emergency help. Kevin reached out to me within about 20min of my inquiry, and was here within 30. He fixed the sump pump and confirmed no water was coming into the basement. Was very informative and felt comfortable with his repair plan. This was all after hours at about 11pm. Can't thank Kevin enough for the hard work and coming out here late night.

Jason was very knowledgeable and did a great job of rodding out my drain between my kitchen sink and catch basin. He also replaced the drain and metal pipes under my kitchen sink as they had become corroded and rusted. I was very satisfied with his work.

Dan and his partner were both great! Explained everything so I could understand. Made a point to tell me what would be the most cost-feasible rather than overcharging, and did excellent work promptly while treating our home as if it was their own. Did a great job!

Due to freezing temperatures our bathroom pipe froze and bursted. I previously had service done by Jim Wagner plumbing so it was no brainier to call them again. We called Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. for the first time after we had a bad experience with another company. Our sump pump was no longer operating and needed to be replaced. Jason Saylor arrived and took the time to listen to us and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and what our options were. He’s very nice, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We were especially grateful to him when he pointed out something that was done in our basement by a handyman, which could have resulted in a fire. He efficiently installed a new sump pump for us. We feel fortunate to have found someone who is trustworthy, and will definitely call him back again for other repairs and replacements.

Wow! What a great company! I had a broken toliet and needed it fixed or replaced. Both Dan and Stanley came out within the time they told me. Very professional. Explained the cost difference from fixing vs getting a new toliet. WARNING! DO NOT EVER USE ANY OF THOSE TYDEBOWL DROPS OR THE ONES THAT HANG ON THE SIDE OF THE TOLIET! I totaly damanged my toliet and needed to replace it. Both techs explained the cost and it was half of what I thought it would be! They were in and out within 2 hours, and now I have a new toliet. Highly recommend them for their price, speedy service, and professionalism.

Jason arrived early, and called as he was approaching so I could come downstairs to greet him. I have sever arthritis and this was greatly appreciated. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the issue simply and thoroughly. He gave me options to consider and provided pros and cons of each. He also identified a couple of other issues with our plumbing that needed to be addressed.

When Jason returned to install our new sump pump system, he was on time and once again called before he arrived. He did the work quickly and professionally. No muss, no fuss. He calibrated the system for us, and then showed us how to do that ourselves if we needed to make changes. He also discussed the other issues with us. In all, Jason was skilled, professional, and did a great job. It's difficult to call expensive plumbing services as a good value, but we got what we needed from Jason. IT was money well spent. We would use Jim Wagner Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

Kevin has been out a couple of times and I always enjoy his knowledge and willingness to share his experience.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and called Jim Wagner Plumbing in the morning to schedule an appointment and Jason Saylor came early that afternoon. Jason explained the work that he would do and the price was quoted for my approval and signature. Within an hour Jason had installed the new faucet and showed us the features on how best to use it. He also tightened my loose disposal at no charge. We are very happy with the quality work that Jason did and his professionalism on the job!

We have been using Jim Wagner services for our plumbing needs for several years. They recently replaced a toilet for us. Jason was our plumber. He removed our old toilet and installed a new one (Koehler). Jason was on time and efficiently did the work. He cleaned up after installing the toilet and showed me that it was properly working. It was late afternoon on Thursday when we discovered our water heater was spraying water and flooding our basement. We had company on their way to stay with us for the weekend. I called Jim Wagner Plumbing and they were at our house within two hours. The tech was professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. Within a short time he had the problem fixed. We were extremely grateful!

I am a 55 year old single woman and I cannot tell you how many times I have been ripped off by other plumbers, contractors, etc...I have used this company for the past 4 repairs on my 100 year old house and I will never go to any other plumber in the area. I tend to freak out and I really appreciate the calmness of Jason who thoroughly explains exactly what has to be done . I recently had to have a copper water line installed because I am getting a new refrigerator. The work was beautifully done and I am convinced not all plumbers would know how or even attempt to do this. I highly recommend Jim Wagner Plumbing for all you plumbing needs.
