Lindsay was very professional and patient with us while we picked out our bathroom tiles and flooring. She is extremely knowledgeable about the various shower bases and reminded us not to forget the anti microbial grout. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. We appreciated all her suggestions. I will recommend Lindsay to all my friends and family.

Alex rocks!! I am so impressed with the associates at this store. Everyone was helpful asking if I needed help finding anything, offering to show me where something was by actually walking me over to it. But one associate was above and beyond. Alex was one of the first to greet me near the door, when I was in back near the marble he helped me load the tile onto my cart, as I was checking out he was upfront near the register helping another customer, when I finished my purchase he loaded my tile in the car. He was so on it I had to ask his name and title! He told me he was the assistant manager. I asked why he wasn’t the manager?! I really appreciate the professionalism of Alex and all of the employees at this location. I had a great experience both times I went in the store.

Well we we first got into the store I was a little skeptical… but once we talked to David!! Man, not only did he know his stuff but he was very professional and made sure we got everything we needed! I highly recommend shopping here for your flooring and ask for David, he will hook you up!

Have spent a lot of time at other F&D locations, but only recently had need to go to the Chatham location. While looking at products we were approached by Lamont, who we later found to be the store manager. He was incredibly helpful in guiding us through product, explaining differences and reviewing pros and cons of the different options. He then called Katie over to help create a quote and she also was amazing to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with.

As we were wrapping up I mentioned to Katie an issue I had with tile I picked out for our bathroom (the tile we have is a great product, it’s that I don’t personally like how shiny/slippery it is). She guided me to a product that would help make it less slippery, which probably saved my sanity.

My husband and I both walked away saying that this was the best/easiest/most pleasant shopping experience we have had during our entire home renovation process, and we will definitely be back for other needs.

I worked with an associate I think Alex. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am working on a multi family home for the first time and he had so many resolutions for me. Down to the tile the cabinets and other cosmetic inputs. Great location great team

GOYO The best employee in the store hands down. At least that I have dealt with. Very knowledgeable of what the store provides for customers. He will explain everything to you that you need to know in detail. If u ever there ask for the guru Goyo.

Went to two different floor and decor is the one in Tinley Park and then the one off of 94. Looking for shower tile. The Tinley Park one had tile that I had seen online but in person it was bluish instead of gray and then I just went to the 94 one and they had a different brand gray tile. So I am going to be picking that up to do my shower walls and I also purchased a tile to go around my new electric fireplace from Tinley Park

We were welcome at the door. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient with us. It was a blessing having our measurement. He did the math for us. While looking around. We were also greeted by another salesperson. 5 stars for us.

Extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of items in this store. The customer service is also top notch, extremely helpful and nice staff. One of the sales people (Joe) was able to really work with me to learn so much about what I will need to repair my kitchen counters and floor.
I was able to make a purchase, and the price was the icing on the cake ! Great prices here. 👏 👍🏼. The manager (Jay) was another gem in the store. They came to help and let me inspect what I bought in the storeroom. Just a great experience.

Great selection of ceramic and stone tiles! Experienced a box of broken tiles, and it was painless exchange process.

I was pleasantly surprised by Floor & Decor! I’m having a master bathroom added, and I never would have thought to go there for tile. My contractor suggested it, so I went.

The selection of tile is amazing, and the prices are really good too! I ordered some fantastic tile for a lot less than I expected! Of course, they have every type of flooring and tile that you could imagine- from marble to ceramic to porcelain and engineered. Also, every conceivable design is on display, from octagon to chevron to herringbone. It took a while to decide!

The store is clean, bright, and inviting, and the staff is always helpful. They do have some display bathrooms, which may give you some ideas.

I needed to match up some tiles from a previous install, Tony was extremely helpful with locating what I needed it. He even secured the rest of the tiles from another store. Everyone there was extremely helpful. Thank you for making the process easier!

I worked with Lindsay to remodel my bathroom. She was extremely helpful and met with me multiple times to help me pick out tile and accessories. She was great at listening to the style I was going for and making recommendations based on that. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time into the 87th street store and I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was orderly with really nice displays. A young man named Eligah was outstandingly helpful with his customer service. He listened and gave wonderful suggestions.
