Jewel 87th was nice. Peggie is a rockstar. The store was clean, shelves were fully stocked and the staff was filling the shelves with more items. Produce department was beautiful with lots of fresh vegetables.
I love, love the black History month decoration, also the Valentine’s Day flowers and balloons.

I really enjoyed my experience at this particular location I went in and everything was neatly organized and stock the customers service was a 10 the whole crew in the deli was very professional and pleasant they took there time food was hot and fresh the young lady in pharmacy was kind of distant when I ask for help but the cashier made up by being very polite and professional

I love this store! Jewels have so much on freshness,liquor, household, clothes, etc..I shop around at all of them because every store carries different items. Hands down BEST PRICES ON VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FOODS! THE BEST! GREAT PRICES ON MEATS TOO..I was able to find the Buenos vegan Italian sandwiches on sale..yes on sale..Lord! They taste just like Italian Beefs! 87w 87th street( Dan Ryan) always and on 119th Marshfield plaza(I 57 express way) Always on deck with your whole family needs..When I want to shop on Roosevelt I stop in..When I'm feeling high class I shop at the one with the water fountain ⛲ in the parking lot..(Gurnee, Il) ..Stop in at Jewels you won't be disappointed! I had to put this meatless Italian sandwich down just to take a picture..I let my family taste they said " man when did you start back eating meat!" I didn't, but you can't taste the difference..FRESHNESS FROM JEWELS!

There's always someone willing to help at this location. From the deli department to Deandre in the meat department. Great customer service

Kayla filled my order for pick up this morning. Even with the multiple substitution she was professional, kind and very helpful. So much so I had to call the store and to let one of the managers know. Thanks for listening to a good report Eric.

Everything was easy to find and easy getting out no long lines

Great store next to a lot of good food spots.

Clean and organized store with self-checkout and a few actual cashier's on hand. Granted, the (female) clerk at customer service could use some retraining on customer service courtesy and professionalism.

For the first time, I did curbside pick up on Easter morning. I had never done this, so I was a little leery about the process. I put my order in at 5 AM thinking I would get a text message/email by 8 AM saying my order was ready. However, to my surprise, I received a text message an hour later saying my order was ready for pick up. I had 14 items on my list. The store associate Eboni (Who is in charge of curbside pick up) was phenomenal! She knew my order by heart and told me exactly what I had. She had a great disposition and a nice sense of humor.
I’m a regular at this store and SOME of the employees are a “ray of sunshine” (Ms. Shirley the cashier, Norm (the cart guy who is always pleasant and has a smile/kind phrase) and a few more. Keep doing great!

Since I lived on 87th,from the 80's, this Jewel has been growing with the times!
Still Community conscious,courteous & current! Still good quality,good variety with prices still considered reasonably!

The floor staff was available and very helpful, especially since I generally shop at Aldi's. I was introduced to their berry fruit cups and had to have my own.

Tracy at customer service was instrumental in helping me learn the correct process of using the udeals. I very much appreciate her help. Thank you again.

He’s always working when I come in your store and he’s always willing to help me twice he even helped me in the floral department because no one was around at the time he’s always friendly and respectful and never complained about helping me so thank you young man keep up the good work and I pray your employers appreciate you as I do as a customer. Employees are always nice. Clean store, quality produce

This location may surprise some as they walk in very clean well organized and have a pretty good inventory. As you walk in the fruit and vegetables are to the right the set up is perfect from my point of view. The colors of the vegetables almost make you feel like you at a outside market well done. All aisle are well stock, a decent meat department and I enjoy their deli area..
Also let not forget the employees courtesy and helpful when needed. Will ask if you need any assist.

This location show that there are some well maintained grocery store in our community that we truly respect and appreciate.

Jewel's store is so neat clean and definitely organized. I was appalled at how neatly stacked all of the produce was. I love the way they have improved. I'll be going there more often now! Try them you'll see!

I love this Jewel. I've been coming here since I was a kid with my dad. I love the cake department. They're always so nice and attentive. All the staff is pretty nice throughout the store. And its always clean.

I just love the Pharmacy Department at this location. The Staff has become my "extended family." Like most South Side grocery stores in Black Communities, they do not have an abundance of the products that we need as in White Suburban Communities. However, the Employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
