Highly recommend the grooming services. Harrison does a good job with my Samoyed’s double coated groom. Have had several grooms at this place. Prices fairly for quality of work. This location is close near me in Bellevue Washington & very close to Redmond Washington. Definitely the best groomer in Bellevue & Redmond area. Clean facilities & nice haircut / scissor work. Very happy with the service.

Like most my dog is my baby and I'm stupidly over protective. It had been done time since I had taken him in and needed to find a vet in Bellevue. After checking out reviews I found VCA and I'm so glad. Everyone was so great! I find myself saying that customer service is a dying breed just because so many people clearly don't care anymore. The staff made a point to make me feel welcome and gave so much love to my pup. Thank you all!!

The BEST groomer we have been to in Washington state. Harrison is AMAZING and does such an incredible job with our dog. I am extremely selective when it comes to groomers, and have tried so many places both in Bellevue and Seattle. Harrison tops them all. You do not need to be a patient of VCA to see Harrison here (although the VCA staff are also amazing). Harrison takes the time to really get to know you and your dog and will deliver the not only the best groom, but also makes the experience as easy and relaxing on your dog as possible. My dog was so stressed by groomers, and since seeing Harrison, gets better and better each time. This dog groomer is the best kept secret in Bellevue.

A wonderful experience with our two cats at VCA Bellevue. Everyone was so welcoming and patient with our cats who were a little shy at first. Took time to hear our concerns and provided great instruction. Highly recommend.

I've only been in a handful of times for general check ups/vaccines but this staff is so wonderful! My dog Theo adores coming and they treated him so sweet, and remember him even though we've only been in a few times. Our first time we went in because of allergies and they helped him out quickly and were super clear with me on what was going on. I also brought my cat in, who lost her mind and was absolutely a nut, and they were so kind and understanding and helped me get her in a carrier and sent me home with steps to make her next visit more productive. Absolute sweeties, and they texted to check back in on Theo's progress!

Nails!
Finally found someone who can clip my dog's nails. We had been everywhere but Debo wouldn't let anyone touch his nails. Harrison is fantastic- has established a rapport and has had success with 2 visits. Thanks Harrison!!

although their care plan is double the price compared to that of petsmart, but its just feel so like home and people there are always there for you, gentle nd care for you nd your pet. Feel like nothing that i need to worry about everytime i go there. I take both my cats nd dogs there, they have done a great job so far. Responsible nd private.

The staff is caring and really knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to your concerns, and explain everything clearly when additional care is required for your pets.

We’ve been going to VCA Bellevue for the past 3 years and our experience has improved with each visit. Our dog is a nervous rescue and our visits always come with a list of requests for how we need the whole thing to go. It almost feels like we’re planning a military operation. But the staff have always tried their best to accommodate us, have always made an effort to respect Summer’s needs, and been kind to us. Special shout-out to Dr Cloud and our wonderful vet tech Jeanette who have gone out of their way to make sure that Summer is comfortable. Good vet teams are so hard to find and we are so grateful for ours.

I feel compelled to review because a caring team should be recognized. My cat, the apple of my eye, ate some thread and I was beside myself with panic. Long story short, we had to go to the ER, but I wanted her seen afterwards by our regular team at VCA to assess her health and figure out what's next. I appreciate first and foremost the care and patience they always show to my cat who is shy and stressed, the attention while listening, the clear way in which they communicate, but also their sympathetic demeanor towards me, both while we texted for the emergency and in-person. We've never had an issue in almost 4 years and I think that says a lot about their team. Thank you all for the work you do and the way you do it. Special thanks to Dr. Panjeti and Robyn who saw us on our last appointment.

I'm no stranger to VCA..I took my older cat to this location some years ago for him to get his check up. I loved how they were super sweet and gentle with my cat and the doctor at that time who treated my cat was amazing. Fast forwarding to now, I just recently took my 3 month old kitten here because I know he would be in good hands. I suspected when I first got my kitten that he had ear mites so I bought baby boy in. Dr. Jones and Nick did a full on check up and then had to check for ear mites. Turns out my kitten did have them. Not only did they provide my baby with medicine to kill the mites but Nick and another assistant flushed and cleaned out my cats ears with all that debris. They were gentle and they walked me through everything before doing it. Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable and Nick was great. I could've took my cat to the VCA closer to house but because if that great experience I had years ago with my older cat I didn't wanna go anywhere else but Bellevue. If you are looking for a vet that truly cares about you pet's well being and is efficient then VCA Bellevue is where you need to be. Thanks!

Wonderful, caring staff! They always take time to talk when you call, even if you can’t get in right away. My pup has a bad stomach and I’ve called several times with issues and always feel supported and like they truly care about him. We also love Dr. Cloud!

The vets have always been very patient with all my questions, and affectionate with my cats. One of my cats has a skin condition, and they're great about listening to my specific concerns. I do prefer some of the vets to others there, but none of them have ever done anything less than a thorough job. During the pandemic, they've remained open and effectively social distance by keeping people in the parking lot while pets go inside for exams. A bit pricey, but pet parents want the best, and I haven't been let down here yet.

My dog has been with them for six months and it's been a really good experience. They are very responsive and sometimes can schedule appointments on the same day for sudden onset of issues. The doctors and staff seems to truly care about the well-being of our dog and try their best to minimize the stress of the animals. They also send follow up texts or calls the day after the appointments to check on our dog.
They also have a very good grooming salon.

We've been going to VCA hospitals for a while with our standard poodle, but this one is by far our favorite. The staff are friendly, patient, and best of all, attentive to my dog. I've never had anyone be anything but kind to us, and they often come out from behind the desk to fuss over my pup (that always gets brownie points!)

The different doctors that we've seen have been thorough, professional, and gracious. They always take as much time as I need, answering all my questions and concerns.

Our dog needed surgery a few months ago, and they were wonderful. They took excellent care of him, and called several times to check in after he came home to see how he was and if we needed anything.

The groomer is also amazing, and I won't take our dog anywhere else. She's transformed him into a handsome, calm, dignified poodle, a far cry from the scared and panicked dog that was the result of working with previous groomers. She's quick too, doing the job in about half the time it used to take our former groomers.

This is a great vet, and I highly recommend them!

This is our home away from home! Brady absolutely LOVES visiting the Vet!!! We've brought him here since he was a wee little pup and they have been so wonderful they treat us like family! Absolutely EVERYONE here is amazing! And a special thanks to Dr. David Jones!

I took my new kitten here. They were very good about helping me sort through her previous records and figure out exactly what she needed to have done. They explained which treatments, like the feline leukemia vaccine, were optional for indoor cats and allowed me to decide for myself without pushing me towards more expensive treatment plans.

The vet and tech were also INCREDIBLY good with my little kitten. They let her play and explore the examination room, and made sure to give her plenty of pets, cuddles, and treats while examining her so that she wasn't frightened. She barely even flinched when they gave her her shot because she was too busy getting attention!

Hands down this is the best veterinary office we have taken our two cats to. Ever! The staff here is excellent, they were so nice and attentive to all our needs during the visit. We were coming in for a basic check-up but I have to say I was very impressed. So many pros...
- We were checked in immediately and taken in right on time.
- The technicians are very comfortable with animals and obviously know what they are doing. We were brought into a cat-only exam room and they made our babies feel so comfortable despite the circumstance of being at the vet. One of our boys was wagging his tail the whole time and just wanted to explore the new place because the tech was doing so well with him. They also had treats which made them more comfortable as well.
- The vet Dr. Blackburn was very gentle when she examined our two catos and was very informative about our options for future healthcare, what was necessary for this visit and what was not. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything, just getting good information on how to take care of my cats. We were not rushed like she was on a schedule, she took the time to answer any questions we had. She also seemed to know what she was talking about, and also is a cat owner so understands our needs.
- Very efficient team. After we decided their treatment we waited a few minutes and the technicians came in to administer vaccines and trim nails, which went really well and our cats didn't show any signs of pain at all. We were in and out very fast.
- Prescription food. We also came to ask about getting a prescription for weight management food and they had it available at the office, the exact formula we were looking for, so we were able to take it home the same day. It's also cheaper to buy it here compared to online, which is really surprising! Definitely going to be getting food from this place regularly from now on.
- We also got a goodie bag welcome kit to take home with helpful information on wellness plans, their app/web services, and other fun things for their health.
- Reasonable prices. With vaccines, check up, and a variety of prescription weight management + urinary food (wet and dry), the cost was about ~$214 for two adult cats. That's a really great price IMO, especially compared to other offices we've been to in the past.
- I like the email notifications and accessibility of information in their system. Appreciate when businesses are taking advantage of technology to make things easier for their customers.

Cons: Not sure if there are any... might be nice to have an revolving door when you're carrying in your two cats and hands are full? But the staff opened the door for us so that's nbd 😊

After this visit I felt a lot of relief to know the state of my cat's health and that they were taken care of by. I was even motivated to pay more attention to things I was not really aware of like brushing their teeth, and was able to brush both of their teeth that night with the toothbrush/toothpaste that was provided in the welcome kit! They were so happy and relaxed when they got home, not even drowsy from the vaccines. We will definitely be staying with this office for future vet visits, and will be going to the vet more often knowing we can look forward to a great experience there.
