Best service! Clint Barton is the best auto salesman I’ve met. He is kind, easy going and knowledgeable. Test drives with no pressure for purchase were great, and eventually lead to us buying due to how confident we were in the price for product we were getting. We bought a used Santa Fe and LOVE it! If you want a great buying experience, go to Murdock Hyundai of Murray — Clint Barton was great but we also met other awesome salesman as well. Way to go Murdock Hyundai!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tyler Norton was a most helpful, courteous, professional associate. He answered all our questions and wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision. He spent time with us to make sure we had a great experience. We didn’t feel pressured in our decision. He showed us the service department and explained how to make appointments and helped us know what to expect. We were looking for a specific car and they had it in stock which was so helpful. Tyler showed us how to work everything and that was very helpful. I have only positive comments about the whole experience. I definitely recommend Murdock Hyundai.

10/10 recommend buying a car here! This is my third time buying a car and Murdock Hyundai provided the best service out of them all! Eric Patten was my salesman and he was amazing! He helped me get into a 2024 Sonata and I couldn’t be more happy! Matt in Finance also provided me with a great rate that was lower than my previous car! He explained everything very well and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

What a wonderful experience! Just going in for recall fix and emissions test and it was so pleasant. They currently offer a coupon for 50% off the emission test cost which was greatly appreciated. Easy drive-in to a clean garage set aside for check-in. Comfortable clean waiting area with soda fountain and someone who came around with snacks on a tray. Service advisor came to me to report results. He mentioned a small repair and offered to fix it immediately for a great price. Registration was able to be renewed and receive stickers on the spot. Visit was quick, no unnecessary wait. Highly recommend Murdock Hyundai of Murray!

The first time I went there I had some frustrations with the service team, so I let them know that I wasn't happy with how things happened. Denim reached out to me over the phone and email because they wanted to know more about my concerns and bad experiences. Denim was very respectful, and cordial explaining the situation from his point of view and mentioned many times that they wanted to make things right.

Arrive very early at the dealer for the scheduled service and they were cordial. Denim and Nick wanted to make sure I was comfortable after my bad experience. They communicated with me during the whole process and made me feel like they were taking care of my car and the issues with it.

Arrived back at the dealership after they told me that the car was ready, and they went above and beyond making sure all my concerns were addressed. Thanks Denim and Nick for all the time, patience, and efficiency addressing my concerns and bad experiences.

We could not have had a better experience buying our Hyundai Santa Fe at Murdock. We have a Palisade we purchased from another Hyundai dealer and the vibe at Murdock is so much more relaxed. Larry was so personable, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to be around. He felt like an old friend. We appreciated the transparency in pricing and feel like we were treated fairly. We needed to replace a totaled vehicle and found better than what we'd hoped for here. We plan on being repeat customers.

Scott child and Murdock Hyundai was amazing and very personable. Everyone there was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable and happy, but Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my car and made sure if I needed anything to let him know so it was taken care of. This was the first dealership experience I’ve had that didn’t make me feel anxious at any point but instead very taken care of.

Everyone was friendly and checked in but not an annoying amount of times and when I was ready to get serious they were not too pushy. I didn’t feel like I was treated anyway for being a woman at a dealership. Quick, & efficient. Nothing took too long. Ricky E. the sales guys and Daryl in finance were very easy to work with and had great attitudes.

Eric Patten was an absolute joy to work with through the car buying process. Was able to set me up with an appointment an hour before closing to come look at the car I was wanting, made the whole experience as easy and straightforward as could be, didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed and he stayed hours after they closed to work everything out with me, would highly recommend anyone visiting this location to let Eric be the person to set you up with a new vehicle!

We had a car in mind that we really liked before we went in and Tyler approached us as soon as we walked in. We told him what we liked, our budget and how much we are willing to pay monthly when financing the car and he made all happen for us and even get to tell us details about the car and his personal opinion so it just reassured us on buying our car. He was prompt with the process and assured and helped us throughout the process. We went in not being sure if we’ll be able to take a car home with us but he made it possible. If you need someone who is willing to help you an extra mile and who knows what he’s doing (he’s also a mechanic), ask for Tyler. We also like to thanks the finance guy for his help! I highly recommend this Hyundai dealership. My fiancé and I first worked with Young Hyundai and they marked up the price a lot on their cars. At Murdock Hyundai the price you see on the car is the price you get. Gian was a great salesman to work with too. Great communication and was upfront about everything. Preston in finance was also very knowledgeable about everything and not pushy. I highly recommend this dealership.
