Jim and his agency do a phenomenal job both saving me $ on my insurance and helping with the little administrative things that chew up my valuable time. Jim’s staff understands I have an incredibly demanding job and are prompt, courteous and respectful no matter how many times they have to chase me for a bit of information. Truly a pleasure to work with such a high touch agency that I feel is my advocate instead of adversary. Wish I’d switched years earlier!

Jim and team are always on top of things! When I purchased my home in the winter I asked Jim for a document needed for closing. My loan officer said it sometimes can take up to 3-5 days for them to get this back. I had my document within 2 days. I don't need much but when I do they are always there :)

The claims office delivered the most satisfying service I've ever got from the insurance company. From scheduling the inspection through paying the claim, everyone was courteous, efficient, timely, and keeping open communication
