I went in this morning to get new running shoes for my old feet. (Arthritic). The two gentlemen that took care of me were personable, knowledgeable and above all, very attentive. I put in 6 miles of walking right away. My feet felt great!!!! I love my new Brooks!! 4-29-2022.

Greg the manager is a great person to work with. He took his time to listen to our needs and insure they were met.
Greg took time to explain the benefits of the extended warranty for our new bikes.
Greg also took the time to place online orders for two kickstands and new seat for us.
Greg is 100% on top of customer service.

For only having very few workers, the staff was extremely kind and attentive as well as quite busy. Most places can be quite rude and get overwhelmed but I was beyond impressed. I have a broken leg and I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending this location to everyone I know.

I was shopping for a birthday present for an 11 year old. The selection in girls clothing was great. I had a hard time choosing a gift.
Checkout was fast. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Dex is a great place to shop for sporting goods, and their clientele are super helpful and Amanda respects extremely knowledgeable especially in the soccer Department. There was a young man there that just knows all that there is about soccer balls any assorted equipment that's necessary as well as shoes. He has always been extremely helpful.

Great customer service. I was looking for sneakers, when I got to the department right away I was asked if I needed help and the check out person was very personable and sweet.

I picked up the wrong item, got home realized the mistake, called the store and it was hassel free. Just brought back the wrong item, got the new item and I was on my way. Very nice staff.

Place has zero sporting goods, but great deals on clothing

This store has it all. Helpful employees and occasionally great sales. Never disappointed when I go there. Great store. Helpful clerks.

Received very good service from a team member on a return. This store is much larger square footage, and selection than Dick's in Deer Park.

Manager was great. Let me used my expired coupon and he was very friendly as all managers should be bc they r the face of the company.
