Great grocery shopping experience! Very friendly staff to locate even difficult to find item in store! Variety of choices! Great sale prices! I would highly recommend this place to others! A+

5 stars for the staff and hard workers of jewel. The company on the other hand needs to do better. Give back to your employees, no more pizza parties, give them better wages and treat them fairly.

Always loved Jewels. Their prices are to be desired.. But still a good store for good food.

The store is getting some remodeling done right now (writing this 5/23/2023) and some sections are being shifted around as work progresses. Looks like they're doing the hard part first in replacing all of the flooring with a wood-look luxury vinyl plank, rather than the 12" x 12" standard tiles currently in place. They started on the Osco side for the floor work and are also doing some other construction in the front end area too. Looks like the customer restrooms by the service desk are being gutted and expanded. The self checkout stations have been moved from the side closest to the liquor aisles to the other side of the front end and closer to the Chef's Kitchen. I'm thinking this is just a temporary relocation until the flooring and whatever other work is done and then they'll move back to where they were. The only reason I'm thinking temporary is because all of the electric and data wiring, as well as the general placement of each terminal and the surrounding area, are not at all up to the standard the average person would expect it all to look like. I'm looking forward to seeing the final product when all the work is finally complete! In the interim most things are in the general area of where you would usually find them but, because of all the shifting of shelving to accommodate the flooring replacement, you might have to really look around to find what you were looking for.

Always helpful people working there. Prices are reasonable and many discounts to be found in the store. Very convenient that the pharmacy is right there as well, got all my shots free there, no hassle.

Older location, but Very Nice... clean, easy parking lot entrances and with good access to both Rand Rd and Palatine Rd.. both these are very busy roads... the store itself is very clean, well stocked and well staffed... all these are so important these days when so many places are cutting service! This Jewel is easy to miss because its such a busy intersection, but I think this location is worth visiting.

I needed to get a birthday cake at the last minute. I scored exactly what I was looking for. And bonus, the bakery staff stopped what they were doing to write a custom note for it. She was awesome and cheerful even on a busy Halloween afternoon!

The best mid-priced grocery store in the area. Produce is usually very fresh with good variety. Big store with plenty of food and alcohol choices and good prices. Cashiers are generally quick and friendly, plus they have self-checkout if you're in a hurry and/or don't need/want help bagging. They also have a very good fresh flower section. I buy all of my holiday flowers for my wife there, and she's always happy with them. 😃

We had a party for my Dad's 90th, and both the deli and bakery hit it out of the park. With Covid, they were understanding and took all precautions to make sure everything was individually wrapped. Audry in the Deli Dept. helped a ton and is great to work with. Will use them again for our next party. Thank you Jewel!!

They have almost everything you need and always had toilet paper and paper towels. I recently got some incredible watermelon at a great price! I love all the drink choices and osco carrys china glaze nail polishes also sinful polishes which is a hard find. Easy in she out parking.

This Jewel-Osco store offers a full inventory of food and products, a helpful staff and friendly shopping atmosphere. There are always great sales and promotions. The parking lot always has security and assistance if needed.

10/10 the liquor manager sue is the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful employee! I love coming in and just chatting with her!

This jewel is always very well stocked and always find what I need. All the people who work here are very friendly and eager to help. I specially like it when they start saying "gobble gobble" and "jingle jingle" during the holidays. Oh and they deliver groceries to your home now if you order online.
