We first used Virgil when every sink in our house leaked into the vanity. He has fair pricing, a knowledge staff, and he's always accomadating. Virgil makes it a priority to get to your house quickly and walk you through the process. Trust me, hire Virgil and you will have peace of mind with all your plumbing needs.

I had a small leak in my basement, I called Virgil's Plumbing and they came out right away. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. Most plumbing companies charge to just come out and see if there is a problem, not Virgil, he came out at no charge and fixed the problem at a great price. I highly recommend Virgil's Plumbing Company!! He is a great guy and he knows his stuff!!

Virgil came this morning as planned and did the maintenance on our tankless hot water heater. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the unit. He also gave us info on other situations we have while he was waiting for the pump to recycle. Vigil is the kind of plumber you want for an emergency as he will reschedule (yes he calls to reschedule vs not showing up like others) others to help you out.
I will use him in the future vs the others I have tried and been so disappointed in there response. Thank you Virgil!

We had a leak on a water heater that was installed a few months ago. The plumber who installed it was sick and unable to look at it that day. I called Virgil and he made time to meet me within the hour! He was professional and knowledgeable. He spotted many large errors in the previous plumber’s work, took the time to explain the issues, and gave a quote to fix the issues. However, he didn’t feel we should have to pay to have the problems fixed since we were in such a crummy spot and the errors were made due to laziness if the previous plumber. He suggested we point out all of the issues to the previous plumber to see if we could have them fixed for free. It’s not often you find ethical people who aren’t trying to swindle you get money out of you! I would HIGHLY recommend calling Virgil if you have a problem. I know he will be the first number on my list next time we need something. Great guy!

Virgil's Plumbing provides fantastic service. I called with issues for my sump pump, he came out promptly, provided me a very fair estimate. He was clear in regards to what needed to be done and why. I felt that I could trust what he said and I will use him again and refer him to others who need a plumber in the area.

Virgil re-plumbed our laundry room for us. He was great to work with from start to finish. He explained what he would need to do and why and the costs up front, and there were no surprises. Virgil is a true professional, I refer him to all my friends. I could not be more pleased.

I called Virgil's in an emergency situation. I had several guests coming that evening for a party and my hot water had burst on the bottom so I needed a new one installed. They came out within a couple of hours. My heater was removed on the spot and he actually had a heater with the water capacity I wanted on the truck! Problem solved in four
hours with a really reasonable price. Great customer service!

Virgil's plumbing is great. I have had several emergency situations and Virgil Monte was there quickly and completed the jobs right away. His prices are also very fair. I highly recommend him.

I had to call Virgil today 9- 28 we had another sewer back up from work done by Another company. Virgil came out shortly after I called him. He fixed our problem. And we're good to go. Thank you Virgil!!

Virgil's Plumbing has been handling our plumbing for years. From freeing up drains to designing a bath layout to reconfiguring our mechanicals to allow for best use of space they've handled many jobs for us.

We originally contacted Virgil's Plumbing when we had a stoppage in the mainline for our home. Obviously this is a major issue, as it basically locked up the plumbing for our home. This happened late one evening after hours. We were able to get another company to come out on an emergency basis. That rep of Precision Plumbing proceeded to tell us the drain could not be cleared and we'd have to tear out and replace the line, which would have included tearing up the floor of the home, the patio the line ran under to the septic, etc. He would not even attempt to rod the main, leaving us with no plumbing and handed us a quote for several thousand dollars for this job.

Next day I decided to get other opinions and called Virgil's. They came out, rodded the drain, and got us up back up and running. While they could well have corroborated that quote and attempted to get the more costly job for their own company, they did the honest thing and got us back up and running instead of holding us over a barrel for profit, as I felt the other company was attempting to do.

Everything has always been done well and at a reasonable price. Virgil's is our go to for these issues, no question, no doubt. They've proven they're honest, they've proven they know what they're doing and they've proven that if you have a serious issue they understand the urgency of some situations, and will jump on it to get you back up and going. That has carried forward for years at this point.

There are plenty of companies in this and other fields that, in my opinion, will make every attempt to take advantage of a bad situation for you to turn it into a highly profitable one for them. These guys are not those people.

Thinking about it now, the first time they came out they didn't know me from Adam. I wasn't sent to them on recommendation by a friend, a colleague or whatever, but blindly pulled them off of Google looking for a second opinion on something that didn't seem right to me, and it turns out it wasn't. I have no reason to think they don't treat everyone this way in giving an honest assessment of what you actually need and going about getting it done at a fair price.

Have a problem, or need some sort of other work done, pick up the phone, you've found your guy.....

Very prompt response and took the time to answer all of my questions and provide a variety of options. Cost felt fair, I plan to use again next time I have issues.

Professionally able to set up appointment times, but unprofessionally did not show up to the first appointment or the rescheduled appointment with no correspondence.

First appointment was scheduled by Virgil's Plumbing Company based on availability with a week wait. When the day arrived, no one showed up and there was no phone call. As the customer, I reached out and was told they're busy with another job and would not be able to make it that day. Contact was initiated by the customer, not the business. Virgil rescheduled for 2 days later and unfortunately, the same situation occurred, again with communication initiated by the customer. When asked if the company was planning on reaching out, Virgil's Plumbing Company said they've been very busy with a job. They did no offer to reschedule.

It is unacceptable for customers to take multiple days off of work in the same week, change scheduled plans, and sit and wait at home for a scheduled appointment by a company to no show without contact.

Virgil's Plumbing replaced our toilet's flush system but water immediately leaked from the tank into the bowl, causing the tank to constantly refill. When notified of the issue and requesting the problem be addressed, his response was poor. After 3 weeks, he returned, extremely unhappy and rude. He replaced the flapper and left. It still leaks and he is no longer responding. The quality, professionalism and responsiveness is by far the worst we have experienced with any plumber.
